First impression: the staff was super friendly and helpful, they explained how the beer taps worked very well. The food came out fast, and I can't stress this enough: it was EXTREMELY good! I haven't had any sort of chicken sandwich that was this good in a very long time. I got the chicken and waffle sandwich, and my friend got the Sticky Chicky, which was also very good. 10/10 do recommend checking this place out when you can.

Love their tacos and The Tweety Bird sandwich. They need a special sauce for their waffle fries. I had a hard time convincing the cashier on the phone to take my order for fine in since I was in a hurry to eat with others and go.

Best damn fried chicken I have had in a long time. Waffle fries were incredible. Cole Slaw was top notch. I am definitely going to support them.

Questions & Answers

I believe the owners are the same owners of Sauced BBQ, originally starting in Livermore and now also in Walnut Creek. This is not a chain. As far as I know there are only two locations for Sauced And love one single location for buck Chicken in San Ramon. Format is you order your food and pay for it at the counter at which time they will give you a pager. When the pager goes off, you go up and pick up your food and take it to a common dining area. I think it qualifies as fast food except that the food is not made up in advance. They don't make it until you order it. Think of it as being like Habit Hamburger Grill except it's fried chicken sandwiches and salads

From their website: "Plucked Chicken & Beer was conceptualized because cousins Barrett Gomes and Brenden Scanlan, masterminds behind Sauced BBQ & Spirits, decided they needed a little more fried chicken in their lives".

It's basically a cafeteria food model serving chicken and beer (other nonachohlic drinks too), so no happy hour opportunities.
