Wonderful place to dine in Quechee, Vt. Excellent food, service, and drinks. Try the fish soup, calamari salad, or the shepherd's pie. The restaurant is at the Simon Pierce Glass Blowing operation and has a great view over the river er and the Quechee Dam. Just a wonderful place... but be ready to pay for it as it's a bit pricey. After your meal,be sure to tour the glass factory and showroom to see world class glass blowers making some exquisite glass pieces. We loved it.

Beautiful works to view, for sure, but not for the frugal or budget limited. If you are looking for a statement piece, a conversational piece, or have extravagant tastes and a generous furnishings budget, this may be the place for you. These are artisanal works of art, not mass produced items, and are priced as such. Still....a recommended stop for a viewing experience if you are in the area.
