The staff and owners are super friendly and their products are amazing! The bakery has been a family favorite for generations!

I ordered a unicorn cake for my girls' third birthday. PJ Murphy's not only made it so beautiful (even shimmered!), but it tasted delicious too! I can't recommend this place enough, for cakes and of course donuts, croissants and breads.

Small bakery with a good variety of products. Recently they reduced their Monday hours and added morning hours to Sunday, which was a huge improvement (sometimes you really need a ham and cheese croissant after a long Saturday night).Their croissant items are exceptional, their more 'American' doughnut options are good, and they have a great fresh bread selection for reasonable prices. They also have ok coffee if you're looking for a caffeine fix.The parking nearby is pretty easy, and they have indoor and outdoor seating, and I've always been able to find somewhere to sit if I feel like I can't make it home before I devour my baked goods.

This bakery is a treasure. If you haven't been here, you should put it on your list of places to try. They have limited hours but everything is fresh and delicious. I love their croissants and everything made with their croissant dough. They have these sugar cookies with a hard icing on top that are hard to find anywhere else, and so hard to make yourself. Tiny delicous works of art. Enjoy this neighborhood bakery!

This is the best bakery ever! They have the best apple fritters i've ever had! The only thing is, now I'm addicted to them and can't help myself from stopping by a few times a week for them! They are very friendly and helpful. Everything is nice and clean, with a few tables inside and outside. The biggest plus is their great prices; I ordered quite a large box of assorted donuts for my family, and was expecting a much bigger total than it ended up to be. Great prices, clean, and a good assortment of rolls, breads, and donuts. Great job!

Glorious baked goods. The best in this area and maybe the city. Croissant crust with a fruit and cream cheese filling. Butter goodness.

We live a block away from here, and could not be happier! PJ Murphy's has delicious pastries, donuts and cakes. In fact, we get all of our birthday cakes here, and they even did our wedding cake! They make a fantastic red velvet cake. My only feedback would be that I wish they would use a better filling in their raspberry and strawberry donuts. Otherwise this place is really great!

Nice little bakery. Asked them to make a custom birthday cake for my daughters 1st birthday. Described what I wanted and they did a fantastic job. Thanks guys!

I love this place! Affordable, no frills options plus some new additions from the new owners. I love their focus on community and especially their chocolate croissants.

I have the pleasure of walking past the PJ Murphy's Bakery stand on Thursday mornings at the Nicolette Mall Farmers Market on my way to work. I do enjoy trying the various goodies they have each week. I especially like the Cranberry Nut Bread. Just enough sweet, moist and delicious.Two questions: 1) Is it Thursday already? and 2) What should I try next? Everything looks amazing!

I ordered a birthday cake from them and it was both beautiful and delicious! The price was very affordable for the quality of the cake. I will definitely order here again!

Stopped in here with a friend there getting to be a store of the past a real mom and pop type family bakery! Its a small store hasnt been open long I think to stay open for years they will need to bake way more and different then the local supermarket bakery stores. I didnt see that with this store that day. They need more than a few cakes, donuts, and some breads was basiclly all they were selling. Very average apperance also. I love having these types of stores around i wish them theBest of luck!

My husband and I chose PJ Murphy's Bakery for our wedding cupcakes and we couldn't be happier with the choice! We had both chocolate and white with raspberry filling both with buttercream frosting and they were amazing. The staff was so polite and easy to work with who gave us so many options. The cakes were delicious and we purchased a sample cake and froze for our first anniversary. It turned out just as good as it was freshly made.
