Pizza Pizza

Just stopped in and asked to use the washroom before ordering. I was told they "lost the key". It is illegal to have a sitdown restaurant without an accessible public washroom. Looking here tons of reviews complaining about bathroom refusal. Clearly Pizza Pizza has no intent of resolving this issue. Disgusting, lazy service.

Your drivers pauses for 10 seconds without saying anything after I paid him so he can take the change. When I called I put a note to bring change yet you did the pause . I get they want to get tipped but not the entire change . It was a delivery right by your store too wasn’t even far. I hate these type of moves it just brings back feed back like this

Company and Customer Service sucks. Apparently the Bacon Caesar salad ($6.99) was unavailable in any sizes but "small". CS called with 18 minutes left on delivery time asking if they could change to the smaller salad. I had NO IDEA of the difference in sizes. App & website showed that the larger salad could be ordered. Driver arrives with order and one of the pops was leaking out of the bag and onto the floor in the doorway to our apartment. My brother and I don't get many chances to treat ourselves with any sort of take-out and he was so upset about the salad size he said to cancel the order (refused it). Because of the salad issue, tonight went from an anticipated enjoyment to a sense of frustration, disappointment, anger, and loss. CS would only apologize and cancel the order (driver had left minutes before they called me). No offer to fix things or to make it right. Just "I'm sorry" (a lot of those) and "I'll cancel the order". WE'RE DONE WITH PIZZA PIZZA!!!!!

Pizza could have used more cheese but the pizza was fresh

Ordered a pizza for delivery, driver was very nice but my pizza was burnt, very disappointing that such a simple task of making a pizza can't even be done correctly

I parked my car there because i had to go to police station. When I got back I decided to buy a slice of pizza and it was really fresh and tasted good! Very friendly staff, they served me right away.
