Very quick and easy service

Absolute awful service and has been taking over 2 hours now. Fuming !!! I called them an hour after waiting they said coming in 5 mins and it’s been another hour....

I have ordered a few times and they either very late with cold food if I want a frozen pizza I would of gone to Iceland / never answer phones to informat them there gave me the wrong order.... the woman who delivers the pizza snatched the money out of hand and then gave me the food I though was rude .... the other drivers are very friendly though...

Took 2 hours to arrive, burnt and cold too, told i could have a replacement sent out which is fine or 2 free pizzas to replace them put onto my number. I chose the free pizza obtion and and alls good till i call up and told there is no free pizzas cos the guy didnt write anything down. Fuming as ive now just been mugged over the course of a month rather than just the day.

What an absolute shower of incompetent idiots!!! This it the second time they have let me down. Where do I begin? Ordered at half eight. It’s now half ten... still no pizza. They don’t pick up the phone. How bloody frustrating. Who is in charge of this outfit???? This happened before and I swore at the time to never go back.... I did... and I am genuinely angry and frustrated that my local pizza parlour have broken my trust. How are they still in Business ? The most worrying aspect of this whole debacle is they may well have uninated across my steaming meteor to gain retribution for my protestations. Please don’t do wee wees on my bread disc of meaty love. I need food, my family are emaciated. .

Really good pizza nothing to fault here except the occasional 45 minute wait for a delivery pizza , can’t says it’s happened in a while but it’s Happened a good few times.

Just about as bad as it get's!!Walked in and placed a fairly large order and then told ready in 30mins.........1 hour later only half of the order was ready and so now getting cold...... the other half was still being prepared so we suggested that they deliver......2 hours later and the rest of the paid for order not delivered..........Lot's of hungry children......Other customers complaining that they were not answering the phones whilst there and experienced the same whilst trying to find out what was happening?Just gave up!!!Be forewarned and choose another option........ save yourselves a lot of grief!!!

Appalling service, they don't answer the phone and the food takes hours to come and arrives cold.

Been using this branch since it opened and have always have good things so say and such delicious pizza. But for the last 6 months I've been sorely disappointed. My order has arrived wrong once and every occasion I have ordered my drover has forgotten my drinks, sauces or sides. And I did not enjoy having to wait 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered to my house to then arrive at 12pm. Will not be ordering from here again.

Waiting over an hour and a half when it said it would be delivered in 25 minutes. Shocking service as no one will pick up the phone either!

Good pizza, advised to go for a cheaper option than I wanted, and got more! Friendly staff
