Web site defaulted back to carry out. When I called to get it changed I was put on hold without warning. And the girl on the phone was extremely rude when i called back the second time when i asked to speak to the manager about why my credit card was charged after i cancelled the order. Put on hold again without warning. Tried to call back again no one would answer. Called a FOURTH time the manager informed me i was screwed on my money for three to four days. THANKS PIZZA HUT for holding my money hostage . I guess i will never order from you company again. I will go to one of the others from on. Thanks for helping me make a decision to go to Papa John's instead.I see the ends is near will never suggest you again to any one

Never had a problem with this Pizza Hut until today. I called in about a delivery order that I missed, which I can understand a bit of annoyance over.But I was not rude or impatient with you, and I certainly did not appreciate the attitude and rudeness from either of the employees I talked to. You went above and beyond the point of "having a bad day", so thank you for that.It's a damn shame too. Your wings and pizza are usually delicious.

They close and you can still order online! This happens all the time! Took me months to get my money back last time. This time ordered online with cash and spent 45 minutes waiting in line (behind other cars!) and it was closed!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!! Do not order from this location!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered stuffed crust and it was flatter than any crust I have ever had. Then they made a pan pizza and it was ok. It should have been cooked longer than what it was because it was a little doughy still. I didn't go back for a 3rd time...

Very good food and excellent service. We were not expecting a lot but they did a great job with the pizza and we're attentive to when we needed refils. It heated up well for lunch later as well so all in all was a pleasant experience. We will definitely be going back to this place if we happen to be in the neighborhood again.

wait time at pickup window is terrible. Need to be more efficient. Ridiculous! Been waiting 40 minutes. Inside is closed or wood go inside to pickuo.

Pizza was excellent and the garlic knots, perfect. There was an issue w the oven which they had to refire everything, but, took 1/2 off our bill. Very nice gesture and kudos to the manager/staff of the store.

1st time dining there in years, not busy - dirty tables around us with no attemps to clear them, table service was few and far between, pepperoni and cheese pizza had 1 1/2 pepperoni slices on each piece, tomato sauce in cups was cold - other than that - we enjoyed our fellowship time. Not likely to return.

Love the bread sticks and wings. I think the best pizza is meat lovers ðŸ˜. You get better deals if you order online, plus you can earn reward points to earn free pizzas

Ordered a pizza online said it would be ready at 7:55 it wasn't they told us it would be done in 10 min went back in told us another 10 min and still was ready finally got our pizzas 45 mins late
