Pizza Hut-Wing Street

I spent 43 dollars for a pizza that was not delivered. When I called the manager she said that the delivery men came I nobody answered and I should wait two days for the money to be back into my account. Horrible, papa John's and dominos would never do something like it.

Great Pizza!!! Every time I order my pizza is nothing less than spectacular. My pizza is always hot and fresh. The customer service could be a lot better but I am very happy with the quality of my food. I definitely will be going back!

Update; I changed star rating from 1 to 5 because Pizza Hut took action and called me for apologies. That’s Very important and that’s what professionals does. When you work for big names, sometimes that name becomes very heavy to carry and this happens to many of us, most important is professionalisms. Thank you!!

I ordered my pizza online and they called to verify the exact details of my order. I went to the store to pick it up and was greeted by a nice lady who showed me my pizza before I paid.I was very pleased when I saw my pizza and took it home to slaughter it.I was hungry Boss!!😁

I call and ask what special there had and the told me a large with two topping for 7.99 so I ordered it with a order of wings came up to 16.81. when I got there I seeing they had a carry out special large 2 topping for 5.99 when I told rose I wanted that and I ask for that she wouldn't honor that so I told here to cancel my order to order that not sure if she was upset that I cancel it but rose wouldn't take my order or honor the promotion I was surprised at the customer service this is the last time I call or go to this location

My girlfriend tried to order pizza for delivery, it told her the dough was unavailable, and then tried again and said her card couldnt be processed. So I went ahead and did it in my phone with my card. 30 minutes later we have a delivery and the guy has 2 deliveries for us. One for each of us. The original pizza that it said they didnt have bread for, was cooked on breadsticks??So we paid for 2 pizzas, 2 delivery charges, and 2 tips.

I tried to order food online and the online site won't let me process my order. So after them charging my card 5-7 times the order still wasn't processing so I call and the person who answered the phone seemed to not care about the issue I was having so I tried to order over the phone just to be told my order wasn't going to be available over the phone when I just explained my situation to the guy so I'd never recommend them to anyone.

Clean pick up area and the pizza was good and tasty .

We try to go here regularly. We already found our favorite waitress; she always greets us when we come in and makes you feel like you're the only person in the room while she's taking your order. The food is great, the staff is great, what's not to like?

Perfect pizza. Will return with family.
