Pizza Hut-Wing Street

Ordered online for carry out then sat at the front desk for about 15 minutes before anyone even appeared. 3 people were waiting and trying to get someone's attention. Finally 2 workers pop out

This place is horrible. First time ever ordering from Pizza Hut and literally didn’t even get my food til 2 hours after I ordered which was at 7:00pm and didn’t get it til 8:50... called their customer service and the guy was great and then called management and asked for a refund even offered to bring the food back. Got my refund but won’t EVER eat Pizza Hut ever again lol. The food was cold the bread was hard and the chicken would just break in half because of how hard it was... make sure you read the reviews because reviews don’t lie!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Pizza sucks, if you can even manage to order one. Online delivery is shut off, and no one will answer the phones. This place is 2 min from my house, and I will never order from here.

Getting carryout may not be too bad (though other reviews say otherwise), but never try for delivery from this place, even planned in advance that day. Ended up calling three times, cancelling on the third after it being 1.5 hours past from the planned delivery time and was told three time (text, then first two calls) that it was on it's way. Just skip this place.

They are good for your everything to grad, sports, and family time

Long wait. Have was the crust and so sweet couldn't eat the crust. Glad I'm not from around this area. I love Pizza Hut but this one needs Help.

I pre ordered the pizza for carry out. Waited, then went to get pizza, lady took my name gave me a reciept and then i didnt see anyone for 15 mins and this other lady comes to the window, i know they understaffed but my pizza is undercooked, breadsticks arent cut or cook through. I love pizza huts ingredients and hate that i cant get a slice of this pizza. I tried to get a refund, but im not seeing results atm. Please fix this pizza hut.

This location is somewhat ok if they cook the pizza correctly letting it cook longer than things would be better for them but it depends on who is there to know if your pizza is going to be good or not so BEWARE....... Always request *Well Done*

Horrible service cold food left out sauce two hours to get food called the store on hold twenty minutes finally come to phone only to get hung up on lame customer service! Dont deserve the one star!

Actually one of the best pizza hut experiences I've had since being in Nashville order here all the time and each time it's perfect!

Claims theres no delivery driver and won't deliver food ordered.

Pizza was very good, but someone swearing from the kitchen was not appreciated.

I believe my review has been removed. this place is the worst. don't go. seriously. i went/had delivered 5 times. it would be 6 but the last time i ordered they forgot about me. seriously 50 min after delivery time i called and the person who answered said they were out of dough and when i asked why no one called me... they hung up on me. then i called back and they hung up AGAIN. so i will do everything i can to turn people away since they always get the order wrong and hung up on me twice, but what do you expect from madison?
