Ordered a pizza at 8:40 pm online for deliveryAt 10:15 I called them to find out where my pizza was. She claimed the delivery driver was behind and he hadn’t picked it up yet. My pizza finally shows upAt 10:40Soggy. Cold and terrible. Never again.

The food was fair. I ordered a personal 4 piece pizza. It had little to no pizza sauce..the server was very nice and attentive however. Probably wrong go there again.

Yikes. I never leave bad reviews, but this was horrid. Delivery took an extra 45 mins and arrived stone cold. Called immediately, not even to ask for a refund, sat on hold for 20 minutes and eventually told they were too busy to bother the manager. Call back in 20 minutes they said. I have a family, 20 minutes was bath and bed time for my children. Called when I could, about two hours later and now mildly upset and looking for a legit refund. Manager still couldnt be bothered. Waited anyway and finally got her on the line and she yelled at me. Told me since my order was from two hours ago she couldnt give me a refund. Hung up on me. Save your money.

Terrible service called at 15 mins before closing was on hold THEY PICK UP AND HUNG UP ON ME. Called back and stayed on HOLD UNTIL THE store closed because They NEVER ANSWERED!!!! Good thing I wasn't starving and a Great thing I'm NOT THE OWNER; because not only did they lose money...BUT THEY LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!!!! I wish I could include pics of my calls.

it's a nice place but they have a buffet and they advertise it yet you go in there after it's supposed to be set up it's not set up there's no pizza there's no power when you do set it up they don't put out any sauce for the cinnamon buns they don't put out any sauce for the pizza sticks they are not staffed to handle a buffet both times I went in there with my mother to have a lunch buffet there was one worker the first time and two workers the second time and the second time the second worker last about a half hour after we got there so unless you have 3 hours to sit there and wait for them to bring out anything difference in a pepperoni pizza and a sassy's Pizza I wouldn't recommend it

Last few times I’ve ordered from this location it has been terrible. Room temperature pizza upon delivery. Hard crust. Poor quality. Boneless wings look and taste like poor quality chicken nuggets. Called and was offered $15 dollar credit on a $30dollar order. Sad this is how customer service works at this location. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I want to congratulate and thank the manager at this location for accommodating our group of 35 students and staff. She was fast, attentive, gave us the BEST DEAL in town, and worked super fast to get the order (bufett dinner deal) going. I literally called like 10 minutes before getting to the restaurant to inquire about space availability and place the food order. once we arrived, we waited maybe 5-8 minutes AND BOOM!! Food was ready!!! I give this manager 10 stars!!!!!

Yesterday, I decided to make a carry out order for a pepperoni pizza. I get there, and they tell me a man took my pizza, honestly let’s think about this, the man did not “take†my pizza, you gave him my pizza. How do you mistake the 3 he ordered for my 1. The cashier did not seem to care, they did offer to make me a new one but seeing as I had to be to work in 15 minutes that didn’t work for me. Unfortunately I paid online and the hassle to get my money back didn’t even seem worth it. I’ll take my business elsewhere, and pay more to have it done correctly.
