These young kids answering the phones are extremely rude. Please train them properly.

Yesterday night my son ordered a pizza, and the fact that we are paying for great tasting pizza shouldn't mean we get it looking like crap. Pizza looked like those commercials where the guy goes through bumpy roads. Not pleased with yesterday's experience. They used to have great employees, I guess not anymore.

these guys are great. They have good delivery people and its always speedy and tasty too. People complain on here but these guys are good.

It is a little bit expensive

If you want to avoid bad customer service, I recommend ordering online or on Pizza Hut's app. I literally downloaded it just to order my pizza, and got it hot & fresh & tasty all together, EXACTLY how I ordered it. Plus, my deliverer, Jason was extremely nice and courteous! I will be ordering from Pizza Hut very soon!

usally consistent, I get thin crust

I ordered two medium pizzas on the app. It was scheduled for pickup at 8pm. I got there at 8 to pick up and my order was not ready. The employee told me I have to wait another 15 - 20 minutes. So I waited 45 minutes total.When the pizzas were done, I paid and rushed out since my family was waiting for dinner.When I got home, I opened the box to find two small pizzas with incorrect toppings. I called the store. No one answered so I went back to Pizza hut and told the manager the problem.She took the two pizzas back and made me wait 30 minutes for a new order because they couldn't get the first one right. Altogether, I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for food with no apology.I have had great pizzas from them in the past. Recently the quality of service is terrible. I wouldnt go back there despite the past vists.

Whoever took my order didn't know what they were doing. It took an hour to get my pizza, and they forgot my soda

was told 15 minutes. now that i am here i am told it is almost 2 hours.

The workers there just want to give you a good experience.

People there are great, even tho my bf and I showed up drunk. And said dirty things about a meat lovers pizza and hand tossed crust.

The app doubled our order and when I called and explained to the manager he said he comped the extra three pizza and only charge us for the pizzas we ordered. I mentioned we wouldn't be in the area the next day so we couldn't come in and speak to the owner. We tried to send the extra three pizzas back with the driver and they wouldnt take them. They waited 24 hours and charged us the full amount. Worst customer service ever and the "manager" who answered the phone sounded like a teenager who openly admitted their app does this all the time.

terrible pizza, the pizza looked like it came out of a factory and the taste was like it just came out of a machine.

Always be great place to eat while on the job site or just feeling eating it
