This is the best place ever!! Very friendly employees!! Great service and great prices!!

I ordered my family dinner at a reasonable time. I called and called to follow up on the delivery status after 2 hours had passed. The phone was never answered. 10 pm hit I was still calling since I had already paid them nearly 50.00 an wanted a refund only to get a voicemail saying they had closed. I'll never order from pizza Hut again. This isn't the first time this location has provided terrible customer service. Do not buy from here. I'd rather go get a little $5 hot and ready pizza that taste terrible than give money to this location again.

Ordered 2 pizzas nearly the same, one stuffed crust and a couple extra toppings...didn't put any sauce on one of my pizzas or if they did it's not enough to mention, check out the pic u can clearly see one piece from the other pizza has sauce and the other stinks...would call but after reading all the reviews that said customer service is bad I figure all I'd get is attitude and maybe spit in food if I insist on a replacement 🙄Will read reviews next time ugh

Never written an online review before today, but the level of disrespect to customers shown by this location warranted sharing... I placed an order online for pick-up with the intentions of scheduling for later in the evening. I mistakenly ordered for immediate pick-up, so I promptly called the store to move the time to later in the night. I was told that there was absolutely no way to change the time once entered in the computer - she offered to "leave a note for the cook, but there were no guarantees." Having no interest in showing up to pick up a 3 hour old pizza, I asked to cancel my order and was hung-up on before ensuring my credit card would not be charged. When I called back to speak with a manager, I quickly found out SHE WAS THE MANAGER.

Disorganized and lack of helpful people and cashiers

I forgot how gooood Pizza Hut pizza was. I feel like I just went back to the 70s again. It's a carry out or delivery only place, but yum yum on the Pepperoni Lovers + hamburger!!! Thanks for being true to your roots on flavor and quality, sorry for you Marco's! I'll be back!

What a disappointment! The pizza arrived luke warm. The dough tasted like cardboard and the sauce and toppings tasted like they were of poor quality. Pizza Hut is at the bottom of our list. I would rather have a frozen pizza

Took a little while to get the pizzas, but the guys were cool about it. I requested a picture of Alphonso Ribiero be attached to the order. On the receipt, it said alph. The driver did an excellent job of drawing Alf on a pizza box lid. Full marks and big ups to the staff at the 3408 Broadway store.

It's a hit or miss experience, if your order delivery... they generally deliver on time, but it's always like the pizza was made an hour ago. If you order online and it says you're gonna get a your pizza in an hour, you're definitely going to get your pizza in an hour, but it's likely going to be flat and cold. I expect because they make your pizza as soon as they get the order, but then it sits in the window until they get a driver to deliver it to you. This place needs more delivery drivers or something.

I've been ordering pizza her for nearly 15 years and tonight I was treated like a criminal that would rob the poor delivery boy over change. The manager called me because i requested change, told me they can't take anything over a 20. I have given the drivers $100 bills before with no problem. However tonight when I mentioned this the manager told me in a really crappy tone, they were doing it wrong .... so I guess I don't get pizza from here ever again. Sad, my family really enjoyed Pizza Hut. I guess it's dominoes from here on out.

They messed up on my order. When I called to get it replaced the manager told me it was my fault and it was nothing they could do about it. Also she told me they don’t give out free food. I told her I order there all the time, and I don’t need to lie for a free order of wings. Very poor customer service! I’ll use papa johns for now on.

Awful Service!!!! Our pizza that was ordered at 9:20pm was delivered at midnight. The I store was suppose to credit our accpount. I called to order a pizza for lunch today and when I asked about our account credit, the guy on the phone, David, said I didn't have one. I said, my account was suppose to be credited due to my last order being delivered over 2 1/2 hours late. He said I don't see it. I asked could he check with the manager or someone who was on duty. He said, "YOU DONT HAVE ONE and don't call me again then!" Then, he hung up the phone in my face. Come to find out this guy is the store manager.

It was good and hot just not what they hyped it up to be . The garlic knots were not the best ..
