Pizza Hut

Horrible horrible horrible. I called to order a pizza and they would answer and put the phone down. You could hear them in the background, I called over and over and each time they wouldn’t take my order. I finally went to the store and told the manager, he just looked at me with a crazy stare. He offered no apology just a crazy look. I realized he was the one answering the phone.

Pizza was tasty and very easy to order via app. Mini cinnamon rolls were very good. Everything was ready in the designated time frame.

Don't know why it's 3 stars but it a very great pizza hut with great service.

Gluten free meat lovers pizza was actually pretty good. Actually really good. Didn’t look like much. Looks like something I could buy at the grocery store but the taste was really really good. Can’t think of a reason not to give it five stars.

Poor customer service. I ordered a pizza and got the updates that Kate was preparing and it is now ready for pick up. I was waiting in the car outside when I got the notification that the pizza is ready. I walked in the store and no one can find the pizza. Pizza Hut confirmed the order was already paid for but no one can find the pizza. Where is the pizza that you gave me step by step update on less than 1 minute ago? This is unusual, I place order at this location for years and now this experience. Horrible experience.
