Great staff service and food really fast deliverie time

I ordered a pizza and because the driver couldn’t find my apartment they waited until I called to tell me and then they told me that it would take another hour to get it. They then told me that they were not going to charge me but yet my card was charged and then I have called twice to try to get my money back and no one is ever there to do it! I would not trust this store!

It’s like they are incapable of delivering a correct order. If you order cheese sticks they send you bread sticks. If you order drinks with your food they leave them at the store. You are basically wasting your money paying for items that you don’t get. Save your money and eat at a competent restaurant.

Never answered the phone, called 5 times. Will never order from them ever again.

I ordered 2 large pizzas. They delivered 2 cold medium pizzas. We called to report the issue and the employee hung up on me. I called back an hour later to speak to a manager and he asked me to take a picture of the pizza and bring in my phone tomorrow to report it to the general manager. He refused to give me his name and he hung up on me as well. We order pizza all the time but never again from Pizza Hut.

Excellent staff and the pizzas are always perfect. Best Pizza Hut I have ever visited.

My pizza was actually good but I saw the guy go from the register to the oven to the delivery bags to pans, touched his shirt, then grabbed toppings to fix pizzas without washing hands or using gloves...I'm sure my pizza was fixed that way too...bye bye to my business.

My car needed a jump. Neither one of us had jumper cables so he helped me push into a parking spot. The spicy garlic boneless wings are pretty good. Thank yoy delivery driver for actually taking the time out of your day to help someone else.

I've tried this location twice. I don't know what it is, if everyone is new or if the oven is broken, but I called to complain about the food being undercooked and then got a credit to my account. Called back and used it a couple weeks later. Again. Super undercooked pizza. Air bubbles all over it where it wasn't kneeded correctly. My stuff crust I don't even know how to describe what is wrong with it - just not good? I guess from being undercooked. Not to mention the headache of the person forgetting to take payment over the phone and he almost forgot to take my address for the delivery. I highly doubt I'll be coming back to this location.

Ordered breadsticks from this pizza hut. They were ice cold (it was carry out and we came 15 min after placing the order) and looked nothing like the breadsticks that we’ve always gotten from pizza hut. Had some sort of weird creamy oil on top that I’ve never seen, and none of the herbs that are usually there. Also they forgot the crust flavoring on my pizza. Never returning to this location, that’s for sure!

Ok only thing that was done right was my toppings the pizza is undercooked almost raw even didn’t even get the right crust I paid an extra dollar for and didn’t get the crust seasoning I order as well this is the sec time I ordered from here and received a messed up order so my business is going elsewhere

Very good pizza and got two medium pizzas for five dollars each.

Worst pizza I've had in awhile all three pizzas were over cooked almost no sauce and tasted like cardboard I've ordered from this location before and it's been good but today was horrible I threw out three pizzas away

Worst experience ever. Undercooked pizza, missing requested sides, and requested contactless delivery was ignored. Told them ahead of time to charge 20% tip but delivery person still made me resign receipt. No apologies after driving to store.

This store has a stinky smell. The Pizza tastes awful and the we were able to feel the stink in the pizza. It's baked with it.
