Service was good but cleanliness was lacking

Food is horrible. Every time I order either my food is wrong, burnt or taste horrible. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ate from my entire life. The inside is so nasty and needs a major makeover.

This was a great pizza hut. The food was amazing and the customer service was top notch. The only bad thing about this pizza hut was the wait time was like 20 minutes but at the end of the day they can't control how many people are gonna order form them and their where a good few people infront of me at the time as well so all is forgiven 😀

Placed an order at 5pm and order was delivered at 7pm. The food was ice cold. Told the driver and she said “call the store”! Called the store and spoke with a manager was told to come back to pick up a new order. Arrived at the store at 7:30pm and I’m still waiting at 8:24pm. Customer service was an insult to a paying customer! This is ridiculous and definitely not worth the headache. Will not be ordering from this location ever again!

I have personally witnessed the store manager being downright disrespectful to her employees. I would strongly encourage that nobody reward such unprofessionalism with their business. Take your business to Pap John's or Domino's.

Upon ordering online, I was told my delivery would be received in what was already a long time of 65 to 75 minutes (with the restaurant a 5 minute drive away) but received the pizzas 2 hours later... Gotta order from this location before you even get hungry because it won't arrive til much later than expected. My children are now eating dinner ridiculously late smh Not to mention the driver not having change once he finally arrived. Never again... first and last order at the 71st location! Wish I would've read these reviews to save myself the headache.

Ordered two pizzas. One Meatlovers and one Hawaiian Luau. When the order arrived it's all taped shut and in a tied off plastic bag so there is no way to check the accuracy. Once I opened it up there were two Meatlovers pizzas. Tried to call the restaurant but was placed on hold for about 10 minutes before I hung up. Won't order from this Pizza Hut again.

Update August 2019: Took advantage of a credit the store gave me for bad pizza. It showed up fast and was well made. Nothing amazing but no complaints either, add one star. More like slackng shack than pizza hut. Over the last year we have had several poorly and/or incorrectly crafted pizzas, toppings carelessly dumped in piles or undertopped (see photos, all 4 pieces are supposed to have the SAME toppings). I've called corporate and they just send free pizza coupons but this store never gets better and they're the only ones who deliver to my house. I also ordered the cookie pie and they sent the brownie instead. I love pizza hut but I guess I'll have to learn to love Papa John's.

I know with the whole pandemic happening Pizza Hut is going to be backed up but it’s been 3 hours since I’ve ordered a simple cheese pizza and I’ve haven’t gotten it yet. I called 3 times and they keep tell me that there driver is on their way and apparently I can’t cancel it since their driver is supposedly coming. Not saying I wouldn’t order from Pizza Hut again but I’ll just have to pick the pizza up since delivery is unreliable. Calling the manager might not do anything about my missing pizza but hopefully will the workers straightened up. Now my family must go to sleep hungry.

Ordered with phone and got there after 40 min. Pizza not ready, they were just putting it in. So I cancel and told them I want refund. They said they cant do it now so told me to wait til it process. Never got the money back. I see many people with this problem. Call your bank and request charge back, business have to pat fee of $20 if that happen.

Pizza was old and and nasty but it just came out of oven also I had half one way but the ingredients was on the other side too. Guess they cut it wrong

Worst service I have ever had in my life. This location has nasty employees who answer the phones with attitudes. Who would want somebody with a nasty attitude making their food? Not me! I will never even attempt to order from this Pizza Hut again.

Online order. Pizzas were made wrong, instead of just saying they had to remake got a story of how the oven was slow after sitting at the window for 15 minutes and they would bring it out if I pulled around. 30 mins later I go in the store and ask if this order is ready I am given more pizza than I order and was told that one was burnt and 1 was the wrong size. So they had to remake the burnt one and the made a small pizza to compensate for the other pizza they made the wrong size (ordered a large. Received med and small.) Due to the wait the kids barely ate anything and went to bed. And the food that was not made wrong was cold. I have had bad experiences here before but this was the longest that I have had to wait for a bad time. Ate inside once will never do that again until they upgrade big time. Most of the booths are dirty and broken. Place felt gross. Only reason I go back is that it's around the corner.

There was a small issue with my order (everything was delicious just a small item difference). And i called to just address the issue not expecting much of a fix to the problem. And I spoke with James and he completely handled the situation without making my small issue feel unnoticed! Appreciate the customer service!
