Pizza Hut

We have ordered from this pizza hut since we moved to Lexington a few years ago because it was the only one that delivered to our address. Almost every time we have ordered it has been wrong, or they would call 2 hours after we had ordered and tell us what we wanted was out if stock, I understand it happens, what I don't understand is waiting 2 hours to let us know. The only reason we kept ordering it is because I LOVE pizza hut. We just tried to order tonight and got a message saying we weren't allowed to order from there. Like it was OUR fault that they messed up our order and we called about it, we never yelled or got mad, we just called and said they messed our order up.

I am very disappointed in the quality of my order! My pizza looked like it had been slung around! Will not be ordering from them again

If I could give this particular Pizza Hut store 0 stars, believe me I would. This is coming from a guy who loves Pizza Hut pizza and wings! But this location has consistently failed to produce anything worthy of praise. The past 3 or 4 times I've ordered here there has been something wrong with my order. It takes well over an hour for delivery and the food is almost cold by the time it finally arrives. They also consistently forget small items, such as sauces, and mess up the types of pizza as well. This is the last time I will be ordering from this location, and I would urge you to look elsewhere for your pizza.

They had some delivery issues but the pizza was good.

Food was not good. Horrible taste. Corporate needs to look at this store.

I didnt recieve my entire order on delivery, which would not have bothered me if they brought it back... but they brought back the wrong stuff... then told me they cant refund me until the next day because it has to go through corporate office. What a joke of an establishment.

This location has the worst customer service. Last experience as expected was awful. Waited over an hour before calling for update on order told it was on its way. Driver finally arrived but never came to door, he got back in Car and drove off. Called store back and was advised driver left item. Then told us it would be about 1:45 before they could re deliver.

Ordered cheese sticks which were over cooked and because they put the cheese on the bread after cutting it it was hard to pull apart. What I've learned is if you live in Lexington all of the Pizza Huts suck.

Ordered pickup. When I arrived the guy making pizzas in the back was throwing things on the floor intentionally, almost as if he was having a temper tantrum. The person at the register has his pants down to the floor. Seems like a very mismanaged place to me. The pizza was decent. Customer service was terrible.

The pizza was pretty dry and had a clump of garlic seasoning in one spot and nowhere else so most of tasted pretty bland. I had to cut it myself because it wasn’t cut at all. Should’ve listened to the other reviews. Gave them 2 stars because the cheese sticks, although still not cut, were pretty good.

I’m glad this is my neighborhood Pizza Hut! They’re always very friendly and professional. Meaty marinara pasta is always 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I will never order from this Pizza hut ever again!! I ordered two large pizzas a chocolate chip cookie and bread sticks. BOTH pizzas were way too over cooked I'm talking HARD pizza I had to recut the pizzas myself because they barely cut them. On top of that my COOKIE WAS BURNT!! I just wasted $32 on garbage!!!! Very disappointed!! This is the second time I've ordered something from this location and had problems. Do yourself a favor and eat from a different location!! Driver's are rude !!! Food is horrible!!! Wish I could give NO STARS!!

Never order from this store. I ordered online they waited over an hour and then called me and let me know they went be able to deliver my food. Worse part this Has happened to me before from this store, sadly it's the only store for delivery for heartland. I love pizza hut so I gave them the benefit of a doubt, and yet again they failed me. I will never be ordering from here again.

Horrible. Gave us what seemed to be the oldest pizzas they had laying around. Staff seemed like they wanted to rush out by 8:30 and the customers get whatever they had made in advance. Better food... next door

Customer service needs work, wait times and food are sub par. This location is awful.
