Pizza Hut

I called in to make my order and spoke too a very rude and disrespectful manager by the name of Devin,I have never been so disrespected by just trying too simply order a pizza when I asked him if he spoke too all of his customers like this he said yes sure do and then proceeded to use derogatory language I will never spend none of my hard earned money with this pizza hut in Sherwood and too think that this is a manager talking to customers like this makes you think about who hired this man?

the last 3 times we ate pizza from here they had messed something up every time one was we got mushrooms but ordered none. the second time delivery driver forgot our two 2 leter pepsi went back for them and never heard from him all night. lastly we ordered online two hand tossed medium pizzas and ended up with thin and crispy specified I would pick up order and they had my order next in delivery ask for a discount because of running out of hand cost and only saved $2 How Lame customer servicee

My grands are pizza fanatics! Very convienent, always fresh!

The worst service ever. Young lady hung up on us twice. We ordered pizza and wings and were overcharged. First the pizza arrived. Hours later the wings arrived. We asked to be reimbursed for the late wings and Jordan said he couldn't cancel the transaction. We are loyal customers, but not anymore. This was ridiculous and the pizza was gross!!

Every time I go here I have an absolute awful experience. Terrible management!!!!!!!

Ordered at 4:48pm. Called at 6pm to see where our delivery was. Never taken this long before. Was told it was on it's way. Almost 6:30 and still no pizza. Called again at 6:55 to just cancel it. Was told their system said it was delivered at 5:15????. I assured them we did not get our delivery. Guess someone got a free pizza. Only upside is that they're going to void the payment. Definitely won't be ordering from here anymore.

I've been to this location a few times... With each visit, I was hopeful that the product I was handed would be decent. Unfortunately, there was always either too much cheese, too much sauce, or not made to order... The staff have always been friendly, however, I was never satisfied with what I paid for. There are better - cheaper - alternatives, locally.

The staff are good people in my book.

My experience with this pizza hut was beyond deplorable, it was despicable, appalling, insufferable, depraved, diabolical, tormenting, traumatic, atrocious, agonizing, & downright pathetic beyond words. Made an online order, waited forever, called & was lied to & hung up on multiple times. Bottom line- I will never, EVER deal with the Sherwood, Hwy 107, location again. If possible, I would give it negative stars to INFINITY.

Great pizza , poor service, fairly clean. Terrible atmosphere, will not return for dining in, take out only.

It's Pizza Hut. I've had their pizza for thirty years and still get a craving for it. Local store is pick up/delivery only and no issues with food, stay nor delivery. Only issue is the app indicates I'm outside their delivery area (which I'm not), so we call the store direct for delivery.

Staff was very friendly. But ordered 3 pizzas for a family get together, waited an hour, went too go pick them up, they still were not ready, and then when they were, they were wrong and had to be re made which had us wait another 30 minutes. Gladly I don't live here, but when I am in town, I'll order somewhere else.

I called in an order and much to my surprise on the other side of the phone line was a very energetic, happy, willing, very competent worker (possibly manager) named Jennifer.She had very high spirits for only answering a phone line to take an order. The way customer service has gone down the drain and no one even cares to smile or even look at you when you enter their lane... Jennifer has made a difference showing there can still be great customer service! If Jennifer isn't in a supervisor position I believe she would be a great fit to be over your Customer Service Dept., or any part of management, as long as she is up front to show others how to be a great team player!Thanks to Jennifer.

Do not waste your money here! Pizza arrived in the form of a mushy blob...looked like they had just thrown a bunch of stuff in the box. Not fully cooked, greasy mess....could not have eaten it if we tried. On duty manager Jennifer was very rude and demanded I physically drive the pizza to the store in order for her to remedy the situation.
