Pizza Hut

Pizza was all stuck to the top of the box. Wing box was caved in and leaking excess sauce everywhere and wings were submerged in a sauce pool. Also forgot my drink. Everyone was very disappointed. Getting two stars because they actually went back to get my drink. Doubt I'll use them again

Deliver the pizza and garlic knots but forgot the wings. When the wings arived 30 minutes after the driver went back to get them they looked horible. Barley any sauce and they were cold. Would not recommend if your hingry and would like to eat at a decent time.

I wish I had read these comments before I ordered from this joint. The tracker indicates a 20 - 30 min arrival. LIES! Then, I called and called (15 minutes of calling) and no one answered. After the pizza did not arrive over an hour later I drive over there. When I arrived 1 employee was outside on her cell, 1 standing in front of the door on her cell, and the cashier bent over leaning on the counter on her cell. I told the cashier why I was there, she said "I only have 1 driver and he is delivering 5 orders". I told her if they answer the phone, I would have knew. She said, "you want me to call the driver", Huh, yeah! The driver was at my nephew's house delivering the pizza an hour and a half later. He delivered the pizza with the box completely crushed and same with the wing box. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They didn't care.

I️ can’t let this store get away with this anymore. Hands down, this is the worst pizza store in the entire city. I️ tend to give the benefit of the doubt assuming the next time I try the store that they will be better, but hell no. The dough is always uncooked fully, the boxes are always smashed and the food inside is in disarray. My 9 months old daughter could run this shop better than the ones who currently do. Does no one take pride in where they work? The food is absolutely disgusting with the wait times for food being incredibly long! I️ literally live 1.5 miles away and it always takes over an hour to receive the food. I️ rarely make reviews, but hear this my good people of Norfolk: DO NOT EVER IN YOUR LIFE EAT HERE!!! Don’t waste your time, or money.

I ordered delivery. I got a pizza, stuffed garlic knots and pasta. The delivery was fast and the pasta was good. As for the pizza, the crust was so undercooked that it was slimy in the middle and you could not pick up the slices. The stuffed garlic knots we're also undercooked and tasted awful.

So I just call them at 10:40 and they pretend to not to hear me. Then hang up on me and then don't answer the phone because you seen my number. If you don't want my money to pay your wages, just tell me. Don't play games, I know you're getting ready to close. I'm very understanding person that why we got social media. There's plenty of other pizza places.

The Pizza Hut employees must dine to practice proper Hi Dean karma and hand washing techniques! The man that made my pizza karma made my pizza with his bare hands! When he noticed that I noticed him with his bare hands, he then wiped his hands on his uniform... the halfway attempt to wash his hands for three seconds didn't do it for me either! I ate the pizza thinking that the heat from the oven would kill the germs. I stayed up all night with a bad stomach ache and on the toilet! I will not be returning to this Pizza hut!
