Pizza Hut

Arrived cold. They advertise $10 / 3 topping pizza free delivery. Have to order something in addition to get free delivery from what we saw. Pizza, in our opinion, was bad. We threw it away.

Got my order wrong. I ordered thin crust sausage and got cheese. The lady at the pickup counter was clearly on meth. Avoid.UPDATE: Decided to give this place another try. Ordered carryout at 830pm. Said it would be ready in 30-40 mins. I show up to the store after about 45 mins. There's 8 people ahead of me waiting for there orders. The guy working the front counter looked stoned out of his mind. He was talking to an upset customer that didnt get the right order. The front counter guy kept going back to the kitchen to look for orders. The phone kept ringing and nobody picked it up. About 10 people were waiting with me and I didnt see a single person get their order in the 10 or so minutes I waited. It's all old people working here who look burnt out. The environment was chaotic and so unorganized and appalling I just left and went to get tacos instead. I will never get pizza hut again.

The worst customer service. And they also ask for a tip for the customer looking for their food. explain me ?! I do not recommend anyone to go.

It was good, but I now know to not ever order the pepperoni calzone thing ever again.

This store has an amazing manager

Excellent customer service just called to add something to my order which I forgot & Caleb was amazing and added it on to my order not many places do that ! Thank you caleb !!

This location is horrendous. The last two times (3/22 and 3/30) I have ordered from here I was told 20-30 minutes for pick up and both times ended up waiting an additional 30-40 minutes in the store. Looking into the back there were employees goofing off and just standing around talking. If you can go to another location or order from a different place, definitely do that.

We’ve had several problems with toppings and sides at this store. Today is the last time we’re tolerating it. We placed an order for delivery and waited well over the hour estimated delivery time before calling to ask about it. It was delivered to the wrong apartment and someone signed a different name on my credit card receipt, which they allowed. They wouldn’t refund without me going to the store so they gave me a dollar credit. When I use that credit, I will drive to a different Pizza Hut and then probably stop using them again.

New management seems to really be Doing a much better job.

Darius at Pizza Hut saw me waiting in the lobby after I ordered and he brought out custom cinnamon roll-gummy bear treats. He said he's a creator and likes to make people smile. It was pretty cool.

I rate all pizza huts low because they make my bum smell like a dead raccoon that has been sitting on the road for a good month. The crows don't even want the raccoon because it smells so bad! I don't know what you guys put in your pizza but whatever you do put in it, a free package of depends and a can of air freshener should be free upon purchase.

Ordered pizza at around 2:20pm got a text over a hour ago it was out for delivery, it's 4:20 and I still don't have the food I ordered, called 20 minutes ago to be told "he's in route to your place." STILL NO PIZZA. The time before this I ordered pizza hut, I had immediately called to correct a order from carryout to delivery, employee took all my info and said we got it fixed no worries, a hour goes by and I call the store to see what's going on, it's sitting on the counter because it was never changed then had to wait another 45 minutes before it was delivered. Go somewhere else and if you want delivery order Domino's Pizza.

Why the pizza is not right, I should be sorry

My order was correct and completed within the timeframe given. Food was great. Absolutely no problems.

Literally just got a pizza with no marinara sauce on it. There was sauce on maybe 2 slices. How do you have no pizza sauce at a establishment that serves pizza. Just tell customers you cant make any more pizzas instead of making them the wrong way and still trying to serve it and charge people full price.
