Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery to my house and I only got the pizza. Driver said I had to call the store to let them know about my wings! So i did and Got my wings 30mins later. I had finish the pizza already, I didn’t want the wings anymore. Second time I ordered from this same location! Pizza, wings and ranch. Never got my ranch! The girl that brought my order said she was going back to get my ranch and never came back smh! This location needs to GET IT TOGETHER!!!

They're drivers lie and say they've called your or knocked on your door and have you waiting for 2hrs for food you already paid. Manager is unprofessional each time there's an issue with her driver's being prompt.

They say they offer curbside & no contact pickup... That is a complete lie. I pulled up and called them to see if my order was ready, despite putting the type & color of my car into their website for curbside i was still instructed to wait to come inside to pickup (as only one person is allowed in the lobby at a time). Also every time someone left the lobby, the one peson working in the front would go to the back despite knowing that there were people waiting to come in. This location was never great service, but it's somehow gotten worse. If you live in the university area just go to the Harrisburg location and save yourself the headache

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Very unprofessional. I work in the restaurant industry and I completely get things happen but I went to bed hungry last night after waiting THREE hours for my food. I went to the storefront the next day and the lady had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. This place needs to be shut down.

So I used the curbside pickup option. I called once I pulled up to let them know I was there like I’m supposed to. The girl inside says okay we’ll be right out. So 15 minutes later of no one coming or calling I called again. She says the same thing again. Not to mention her and another employee came out the side of the building talking and socializing as if no one was waiting. Then she came out with another person order and I had to flag her down and ask about my order and she finally went and found my order. This has to be the worst customer service ever.

Small carry out. Busy Valentines evening. So many boxes stacked in waiting area. Good hot pizza.

Most horrible customer service experience I've ever dealt with. The manager and employee I dealt with is highly uneducated and unprofessional and don't understand any concept of good customer service. Highly recommend no one order from this location and it needs to be shut down because they're giving Pizza Hut a bad reputation.

I ordered a Tuscani chicken Alfredo pasta and a soda last weekend at 8:30. I was told it would be at my apartment at 10:25. I thought that was a big long but it was Saturday night and times are hard right now so I didn't let it bother me too much. So at 10:30 I just call to check up on my order. The person who answers the phone tells me that it's out for delivery and will be there soon. 11 rooms around, still no food. So I call back and she says they cancelled the order because the delivery driver called and I didn't answer. That absolutely didn't happen. I never received a call at any point that night. The person on the phone says they'll reverse the transaction and they haven't done that either. I've tried calling but both times I was told they were closed, even though it says they're open Google. That could be a mistake on Google's part, but in any case this has been the worst experience I've ever had with delivery.

This is easily the worst pizza hut I have ever encountered. Curb side pickup is a complete lie. If you live in the university area, just go to the Harrisburg pizza hut. The staff could not care less about their customers, and management doesn't seem to care about that either. Customer service is practically non existent.

If I could leave 0 Stars, I would. We placed an order for ONE pizza at 7:09pm. They were promised the pizza within 40 minutes. It didn't happen. We called again at 7:58pm and they said it would be there by 8:05. Didn't happen. Called again at 8:21 and they were very patronizing to me. Please listen to this video. If I could leave one star, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. NICOLE THE MANAGER IS THE WORST!!
