Pizza Hut

I got there pretty late after calling in my order. I had to go through the drive thru to pick up my order. The employees were super friendly. Pizza was great, as always. Pizza Hut has a rewards program, so make sure you sign up.

Everything I ordered was received and hot! I had a great delivery driver deliver my food to the Marriott I am staying at. Thanks!!!!!

Awful customer service, poor communication when ordering a simple one order pizza for delivery.Had to give them card number multiple times and was charged multiple times; And had issues with getting a refund.My father worse Pizza hut I'm dealt with. Pizza was of decent quality, But did not communicate the driver to call before arriving.I'm not a difficult customer or someone who is hard to please but this was a big dumpster fire for a simple pizza

Pizza sauce taste like perfume is in it too sweet and toppings are salty

This place is horrible! Since when do they not deliver to an address 5 miles away. Tried to call them back they hung up. Called back then they just kept putting me on hold. Pizza Hut corporate needs to rip that managers a$$. Look at all the bad reviews. 👀

I placed my order for delivery at 8:50pm and I did not receive my order until 10:33pm. I had to leave my house and meet the driver up the street because he was lost. I called Pizza 12 times to see where my order was and one lady gave me the wrong information and the other lady let me know that they only had one driver. By the time I got my food it was cold and gross. I will not order from them again. Very disappointing.

Horrible! I placed an order for delivery at 9:50pm. I was told my food would arrive in one hour and fifteen minutes. I called and called and finally got through to someone. I was told that my food would be arriving in 5 minutes which would be 11:49pm. It is 12:24am and I am convinced that I won’t be getting my food. So disappointed and upset that I have been waiting this long only to find out that my food is not coming. Someone will have to fix this.

Hands down the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Ordered it to dine in, got it an hour later and it’s falling apart.

Placed an order online and got a phone call telling me I need to pick up my order. They cancelled it after waiting to get in the LOCKED door and not letting me know. Worst customer service EVER.
