Call to pick up orders are ready fast and pizza is really good and fresh.

So the teller screws up my order, I'm ok, that may happen anywhere. What pissed me off was when the guy went back to fix my pizza the second time and added big old onion chunks for trash to an already over cooked pizza. I finally got a full refund but I wasted too much time. Pizza Hut has disappointed me big time! Therefore, I am not planning on giving them another chance. Zero stars

Don't EVER EVER EVER order from this location. I had the worst experience ever from waiting almost 3 hours for food then having to go to the location because the driver ran off with my change.😠😠😠

Order never arrived and card was charged as long as $8 tip. Now I'm out 40 dollars and have to figure out what to feed my family. Store will not answer the phone. Claim will be filed with my amex.

Tonya stated not in delivery area when 2 blocks away. Too lazy to work until the end of the shift?

I ordered something but got something else. They processed a wrong pizza order & when made a complaint, they just don't care..

The pizza there is good

I wish I could give this a zero. The food DISGUSTING , the manager was DISGUSTING. The food was cold and under done. Purely nasty. I asked to talk to a manager and the employee was so rude she didn’t put me on hold or anything. The manager hung up the phone on me and I ended up calling back to the nastiest woman I have ever heard. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE they’ll take your money for below par food.

Awful pizza customer service was terrible

Critically understaffed. Ordered online for pickup. Arrived 30 minutes later to find out they canceled it. You can’t run a business like this. Had one person working and one driver.

Is there a manager or anyone that actually works here? Who is running this place?

They take forever to deliver. Do yourself a favor. Choose a different restaurant
