Food was okThe server was above and beyond NICE

What happened? I used to love coming here ... During a recent visit, the service was terrible. Our food took forever, once we finally got it, our grandkids spaghetti was cold. The server(s) were not attentive to our needs. There was only one other table to be served in this restaurant so it couldn’t be because it was busy. I wouldn’t be suprised if this one doesn’t close as well.

I live .8 miles away and it took almost an hour for my delivery.. once it got here the delivery girl seemed like she was on pills or something and barely even mumbled words. The pizza was cold .. never again..

Great service. Good Food. Would like to see sunflower seeds back on the salad bar.

Better than the last time I visited. I rate a 4 star but before I would have rated a 0. Staff was a lot better and the wait time had improved. Definitely an improvement. Didn't notice any of the old staff who was there flirting with each other and openly talking loudly about their sexual experiences. After that episode anything would have been an improvement.

They tend to under cook the pizzas. I love the pan pizza but I believe in a hast to get you your food they short change the cooking time. I have to come home and put pizza in the oven when we get the carry out order.

My kids graduation dinner was there and we enjoyed ourselves.

after waiting for over 15 minutes someone finally took our drink order, after they dropped off our drinks it was at least another 20 minutes before they came back to take our order. that is when we ordered cheese sticks and bread sticks, 15 more minutes pass by and our actual order was finally taken. we then received our food (which over half of it was completely wrong and it was a really simple order) before any of our bread sticks or cheese sticks. we had to refill our drinks ourself and the server was rolling his eyes and extremely rude to us. not to mention our server also happened to be “the manager” or so they told us.

Ordered pizza and pasta for delivery. I received the wrong pasta. Called and talked to the manager. She was very nice,and had a driver quickly bring me the correct pasta.Yes they messed up but they corrected the mistake very fast.I give 5 stars because this was handled very professionally. Also got to keep the other pasta.Thank you very much for your professionalism. The food was fantastic!

The food was good. The service was very consistent.the server Matthew was very friendly and worked hard to take care of everyone.

Nice employees that actually listen to customers' requests. Clean interior & exterior. Ladies' restroom was clean although employees were very busy.

Pizza was great and just as expected. Zero lack in quality. Excellent specials bring much needed value for all of us on mountain Creek Rd/North Shore

Always a great experience, great staff and fresh pizza. One of the best Pizza Huts in the area.

Old, old, old, and is always dark and always looks closed... an upgrade to the whole place would be awesome.
