Took an hour and a half to get my pizza. I live a mile away from the place. I'm shocked my pizza was even warm. The french fries we limp and soggy. More thab likely because of the wait, I will not be ordering again.

I enjoyed my thin crust Pepperoni/tomatoes pizza.

Yes their delivery policy is racist or it discriminates against certain black communities with no listening why . I tried placing an order for the first time ever and was told that my location can not be delivered to and I'm right up the street from there location.Bad

Had the worst experience at this Pizza Hut location! I had ordered online for pick up and was second in line. The older white man comes out the back and asked the person behind me if they have a order for pick up. The customer looks at me because they know I’m in front of them and I tell the Worker yeah I have a order for pick up. He completely ignores me and calls the guy to the counter to help him. After he takes care of the other customer I confronted the employee why he ignored me and help the person behind me. He lies and says he didn’t hear me say pick up, and thought I said I was ordering there. Which I remind you is a complete lie, because I said loud and clear “I have a order for pick up”. Instead of apologizing he got very defensive and rude shaking his head. And also his female coworker. I ended up getting a refund after they started to argue with me instead of apologize. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone! Completely horrible customer service!!

Pizza was over 30 minutes late. I call and they said it was still there and pretty much they forgot it. The lady on the phone said she was "under the manager" and could help me. She asked if I wanted to cancel, I told her no because I'm still hungry. Then she said, "so, do you want store credit or what?" I asked what their protocol is on something being over 30 minutes late. AND GET THIS, she said, "we don't have a protocol on late pizzas, we're not Dominos..." I chuckled and said, oh, I guess I'll order from them next time.By the time the pizza arrived it took two hours and thirty minutes to be delivered. They didn't offer a discount, no apologies, complete lack of professionalism and sincerity. What a joke.

So we ordered a pizza for delivery at 930 and it was expected to be delivered at 1015 so when it was almost 11 (when they close) we called and they told us that they tried to call but no one answered so they cancelled the order but we never received a call. We even double checked that they had our number right. So we waited an hour and a half to find out we weren't going to get any pizza. Worst Pizza Hut experience ever.

There is a reason why this store gets a consistently low star score. They do not meet their customer expectations versus the price they charge. I haven’t ordered from this location for about two years because my pizza arrived cold on delivery sat time. I even had misgivings to call tonight. But I decided to give them another shot. Big mistake. My girlfriend ordered a large pizza and cinnamon sugar breadsticks. They gave it a light dusting of cinnamon sugar in my middle and the rest of sticks were completely bare. The manager said that’s how they make them. Really? Ok. The only thing the manager could say during that entire time was,”ok...ok..ok.” No apology. I knew we shouldn’t have given them another try. Try BOSS Pizza, Papa Johns but let Pizza Hut know by their consistently poor product and the inability to look at this from the condumer’s Experience that you will choose elsewhere for pizza but not a store that is the lowest of stars on the pizza chain.
