Pizza Hut

Only two people working on a busy (weekend) night. The cashier was the cook and there was one delivery driver. The staff was overworked and the food undercooked. Cashier was going to charge me extra for the crust when they didn't have the thin crust I preferred (because no one prepared it); $7 more per pizza. She finally charged me the regular price but not until after a long debate. Haven't been impressed with them lately. Pricey $$$

Very good deals and if you have them deliver you get the 🍕 when it's still hot.

This lady made 2 calzones by mistake instead of our pizzas so the kids were hungry waiting already and my mom put in her original order again. The only plus was the pizza was made pretty fast. The 2 stars are because we are from out of town and had hungry children since we were traveling. Sorry Pizza hut.

THIS IS THE WORST place on EARTH!!! THE Lady ERIN needs to be FIRED she is so rude so disrespectful huffing on the phone complains that you want to add something else on your order when it is her job SHE NEEDS to be FIRED!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY the worst service I ever had she doesn’t want to do he job I’m calling to COPERATE then after the fact the driver couldn’t find my apartment didn’t even call me to let me know I had to call to find out she went back to the store and for them to not bring my food DO NOT ORDER here at all ORDER another pizza place is your best bet!!!!!!!THE LADY NAME is ERIN THEY NEED to FIRE her ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After ordering the pizza an boneless chicken wings sat an waited for twenty minutes an pizza wasn't what I ordered an the chicken wing had bone in an all they offered was 3 dollars back because it wasn't stuff crust an there prices are getting to be to much

Worst place to order pizza, or anything for that matter, in Lodi. Save your time and spend your money elsewhere. Placed and order for delivery, waited an hour and a half and went to the store to see what was going on and my pizza was waiting on a shelf. Unprofessional. Previous order placed my driver did not want to give me my money back (had the nerve to try to keep 15 dollars for a tip).

Yeah good store but sometimes they make wrong order,but pizza hut taste is unique

Terrible customer service and pizza. Crust was paper thin and hard and the pizza was barely warm and the staff was disgustingly unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money on this place you will be highly disappointed.

Our pizza was so disappointing. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza with cheesy crust. Only had a couple of pieces of meat, 10 pieces of pineapple and no cheese in the crust. The crust was burnt but the whole thing was cold. We are only 5 minutes away. My husband went back to complain and no one cared. He asked for a phone number to be able to speak to someone and they gave him a wrong number. We are never going to go back!

Went on Valentin day walk in and picked up my order and I was charged a service fee very unhappy
