Great Service, awesome staff. This is the only Pizza Hut I will go to. They accept coupons- unlike some locations.

Waited for a good 5 mins for them to ask me if I was picking up or ordering I was doing a pick up pizza was kinda cold when I got home

They were a person down and the manager (cute blonde, sorry forgot name) was hustling... And doing fine job. Customer service was A game here

When I called I had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong. I ordered 2 large two topping pizzas and bread sticks for 24.99. I also added a two litter of pop to the order.I was very disappointed with my order when it arrived. It was luke warm at best and they didn't include the bread sticks. I called the store and they absolutely didn't care. They told me the bread sticks weren't on my order, but if I wanted to order bread sticks and have them delivered I could. I was a bit irritated considering it was their mistake. I wasn't going to pay another delivery chage to get the order they messed up. I won't order pizza from here again!!!

Slow food. They forgot one item, but they took it off the bill. Cheese breadsticks were overcooked on top, and undercooked inside.

pizza was good. service was wonderful and friendly.. but the place was freezing cold... Sullivan Pizza Hut fix your heating.. plz

Disappointing. The Hut still makes the best crust in the business. The staff was "ok", performing bare minimum tasks with bare minimum politeness - but it's a bit jarring as a 62 year old business executive to be told about corporate policies and inflexibility by a twenty something in a messy braid and a dirty T-shirt. The pizza was very sparse on toppings - hardly "Supreme" - and just overcooked enough to make the pepperoni fully crisp and the onions blackened. We won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

Friendly, clean, and good pizza

Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Ordered a pizza for delivery. First slice I picked up my pizza fell apart. The dough was all crumpled, had holes in it and tasted undercooked. It was the most disgusting pizza ever. Only a 1/4 of it was barely stomachable. Exceedingly disappointed.

I ordered tonight on November 16th the food that I got tonight tasted like I got it out of microwave I suggest to everybody check your food before you pay for it

Remodeled and looks amazing. Great pizza and chill atmosphere.
