Pizza Hut

My family has gone to this pizza hut for a while but here lately nothing has been like expected. My family loves their pan pizza, but lately it has been dry with very little sauce. however I really do not like pan pizza, so I order THIN crust, and every time I end up with a pan pizza. Another thing I have noticed is that the mozzarella sticks don't come with marinara sauce.

Ordered 2 pizzas, extra sauce. Absolutely zero sauce came in pizza. Called to rectify; associates continually cut me off to transfer me to a manager. The manager never answered, only a busy signal. Called back and asked associates to speak to a manger—only busy signals. Charlie continually and unprofessionally cut off the conversation and refused to remake the order—completely disgraceful. This franchise is out for your money$$$ and does NOT care about you, me, or any other customer.

Have to say the start of the experience here was kinda messy, but the man and woman I know one was a manager not sure if the other gentleman was as well .. went over and beyond to make everything right and they didn’t have to. Orders got confused but they gave me a credit back for the mess up and re made the food . Then they had a order that was out of delivery range they gave me the order for free so it wouldn’t go to waste . They did things they didn’t have to , and I really appreciate that. Thanks guys

Great food and friendly service

Currently waiting on a pizza I ordered almost 3 hours ago. Order at 10:38pm it’s now 1:01am. When I called the place kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me so I placed the order online. Still no pizza. Tried to call to get an update but no answer. Will be calling corporate tomorrow and you better make it right. Will make sure I go somewhere else next time. Tell your employees to actually work and maybe they won’t get paid minimum wage.

Great service for only having one waitress on duty. Food was delicious. Restaurant in general looked clean. Would have gotten 5 stars if the bathrooms were clean.

Horrible service. I waited 10 minutes at the pickup window while 3 employees smoked out back. One person inside looked at me a few times and then I didn't see him for another 5 minutes. No one ever said anything to me until they all came in from smoking 10 minutes later just as I was putting my car in drive to pull away. The kid at the register did not even apologize. I've had poor service at this location before and this was it for me. You have lost a customer. The owner needs to learn a few things about hiring, training, business, and most importantly customer service.--------I just arrived home and my order is wrong. This place is a joke. I will be calling their corporate office.

There pizza has gotten so much better

My brother and I ordered there new cheez-it stuffed pizza and they were tiny. The advertisement for these things made it seem as if they were big. highly disappointing

It was very good the only thing is it's dark in there I mean as far as the wallsthe dude's have the windows open and where you could say fudge and the staff was really friendly and I do have the salad bar watch I really enjoy and I will go back if I'm back in that area

I called this pizza hut to place a order it was about 10.00 more than what I usually pay, however the kids wanted it. When I got there I asked the cashier why was so expensive. I was told that because order through the Pizza Hut portal I was overcharged. So I asked for the in store special which was the same thing I ordered I was told No their was nothing she could do. I called the store number that was listed for the location and I guess I transferred automatically. I called Marco's placed the same in a large instead medium got cinnamon bread and paid 11.00 less and got more with good customer service.

Worse pizza around, staff don't wash hands after handling money before touching food. Will never go back after last visit. Marcos Pizza is so much better
