I order atuff crust . nice man. Im kinda hard hard at hearing ..i had ask kike 3 times how much he was still sweet. And kind i got it fast and hot just perfect. Felt bad didnt have eoungh to tip but i kinda tip him lil but not usalky how i tip. But amazing service and realky kind

I give this Pizza Hut a 5 star! Ezekiel was the store manager and he was very helpful and patient with me and he helped me with my concern. Before coming to the store I had called and spoke to another gentleman (I regret not getting his name) whom I believe his customer service skills were awesome, helpful and answered my questions to the best of his abilities. Staff is incompetent. Ordered a pizza on the app. Delivery guy calls me and instead on “north†they go to the “south†address. Delivery guys says he will call his manger then call me back. He doesn’t. I call myself and explain. They give me another quote of an extra 20 min. I wait. Then get another call from a delivery driver saying he’s outside. He went to the wrong address for a SECOND time even though I called and made the correction. They say they don’t deliver to my address because its out of their zone. I’m literally less than two miles away. It’s not that hard. Instead of “south,†head to the same address but “north.†I’m super angry because I waited for such a long time, was told they were making the correction but they were still coming, and they mess up AGAIN, and I never got my pizza because I gave up and told them to forget it. Horrible!!!!!!!!
