Pizza Hut

We love Pizza Hut because of the wings and occasionally try the specialty pizzas, but we ordered the new cheesey twist pizza and it did not look anything like advertisement. The crust was very doughy and was not much cheese on the "supposed twist" parts that looked like extra mis-shaped crust. Very disappointed for the price of the pizza. I'm giving it a two star because when ordering wings we have had to pay for ranch lately, when normally you would at least get one ranch free with a wing purchase. Also because the pizza being a specialty was over priced with raw dough still and not even close to what has been advertised.

I don’t think I’ve ever received an order on time. I can’t even seem to redeem all the free pizza coupons they give me to make up for it, because those end up being late too. The staff is incompetent, and rude. This place is a shitshow. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered pizza at 1830hrs. It's 2000hrs currently. This is an hour and a half and my pizza order is still reporting as 95-105 minute wait. What happened to the sense of urgency and work ethic. It doesn't seem to exist. Not at this establishment. It's not hard to deliver pizza in a timely manner.

I got worst customer service. I was trying to talk respectfully but every time the caller says afff at end he/ she close line on my call.

Great location wise, customer service sucks. The workers are very rude and act like they don't know what you're talking about when you're looking directly at the menu. And then when you get your pizza it looks like it was made by a 5 year old. Highly disappointed with this Pizza Hut

Pizza great, service not so much.If you want a pizza let's say for 6p.m. you better order it at 4p.m.

Called in to place an order. Phone call placed on hold and after waiting over 5 minutes, I disconnected the phone call and ordered from the Southside.

Best pizza I've had in a long time. No problems with them.

The pizza was great. The online ordering was simple and quick. When I made the order online it had an area for special instructions, so I typed in for them to play tic tac toe. The employee that rang me up asked what it meant and when I told her I put it in hopes that it would make them smile or laugh she looked at me like it was dumb.
