Pizza Hut

Great service, but food quality just isn't what I remember. My kid wouldn't even eat his pizza or wings. Said it was just gross....

We had the best waitress, Bri. She made us feel very welcomed. She was also very patient and have my grandson time to place his order.It was a great experience.

I have ordered a few times from here but tonight we ordered wings and they didnt put sauce on one kind and barely any sauce on the other please get it together

Stopped in for a hot and ready pizza, and that's exactly what we got. I didn't go inside, she did, but she loves going there so it must be ok, she's fairly picky. But it's Pizza hut, probably the same across the land. Located in a decent enough neighborhood, appeared to be a newer building. It didn't seem busy at the time we got there. parking was good. Price and availability of the food is hard to beat.

The food was great. The service was great. The only complaint I have is how greasy the food was. But, the food was still great and the cheese sticks where made fresh and they where delicious.

They literally gave me like 20 cajun fries and the manager said it was a serving size when i complained. She didn't even see them but yea. Rude. And the pizza was sub par.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. We were visiting Cedar Point and my pregnant wife was craving Pizza Hut. We went to this location and two KIDS were running the place (a male and a female). They only had a table with 5 people then us. The male waiter brought the menu and after 15 mins a group of 4 young kids came in and got sat down and after 5 mins they got their drinks and the guy was taking their order. All this time the waitress was just sitting on a table on her phone. I assumed she was on brake. I called her and told her what was going on and she said ok and walked away. We then decided to just leave and drove 30 mins to the Port Clinton location. Whole different story over there. The service was amazing. Overall Pizza Hut has great food. But this location needs to work on their employees to offer customers a better experience. We are not going back to this location for sure!!

Great service and workers very wonderful food

Staff is terrible must not be a working manager or if there is they just must not really care. I order 2 times a week the same thing but today the stuffed crust cheese was like mush and runny. I called in and from the noise i must of interrupted play time cause they couldnt care less. Well thats my last time at pizza hut. To unprofessional and products have to much range depending on what jokers working

This Pizza Hut great but Sandusky really has to do something about that sulfur smell! It was really hard to eat with that pungent smell! I know they can't really help it but man its terrible!
