Very late delivery. When customer support was contacted, they were extremely rude, uncooperative, and unprofessional.And that says it all about Pizza hut and its' customer support here in Dubai

Not at all good... The beef lasagnia was pathetic.... Pizzas not the best chicken in thin crust... and the chicken in hot crust was ok/good....The mojito and drinks were served in ordinary see thru plastic just as at any cafeteria /fast food joint

I ordered online on 20th Mar and driver couldn’t find my home. He went back, although my card was charged and still waiting for refund. Today I ordered again and one hour wait time, called support centre and answer I got that PIZZA HUT can’t deliver due to weather although rain has stopped here about 30 minutes. On refund, I have to wait for 7 days. Extremely poor service and call centre had no sense of customer service, I made a request to talk to manager and was informed he is busy, will call you later. Sorry state of affair. Thanks

I have been to this branch atleast five times and every time the service has been very disappointing. The lady taking the order usually makes mistake while noting down the order and the assigned time for order is normally 20 to 25 minutes, however, i have never received the food before 50 minutes of waiting. Very disappointing service and attitude of staff.
