Pizza Hut

My order was 2 pepperoni pizzas and one came out just cheese and the manager wanted to go back and forth instead of just adding pepperoni on the pizza. Customer service has gone down

Took them a minute to answer when I called, no biggie, but the lady taking my order sounded drunk and took her like 10 seconds to respond after I spoke. I walk in and the guy at the front was nice and was able to get my pizza in a timely manner, and was nice enough to refund me when they didn’t have the drink I wanted. Disappointing there, but I didn’t mind it at that point. Word of advice, try not making the pizza so flat. It was really flat with the crust and not near as tasty.

Ordered twice, 2 messed up orders. Most recent, wanted cheese stuffed crust. They messed it up. 20 minutes on hold to get told "oh well, nothing we can do".
