Pizza Hut

The pizza is good but not the service. Its a busy place and there is always a queue and only one cashier. Even if you order online you still have to wait and if someone has an issue with their order, you are done.

They don't know how to make a pizza .. they know how to argue with customer if complaint

No Covid-19 health suggestions followed here. I saw with my own eyes one guy touching one of the those delivery bags and touching the pizza and keeping it in the box. I ordered 3 pizzas on that day. I just bought them and threw them in the bin. Disgraceful and racist Pizza hut. I feel the owner is a Trump follower and doesnt like Indians or Pakistani's to come to this shop.So i recommend all my Indian and Pakistani friends to never visit this Pizza hut again. Losses will teach him that there is only thing called Customer. Not While , Black or Brown customer.

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza online today at 7:49 , wait time for getting it was 65 minutes 😱. After Patiently waiting went to the shop to pickup the order and to my surprise they told that they gave it to some body else with a same name and it would take again 20 more minutes , my daughter had to wait for a pizza for almost two hours . Rude customer service .Facing this same experience for the second time. Not going to get pizzas from this place ☹️.

I wish there was an option for zero stars!! Customer service and food quality is horrible!! They delivered our order and the pizza was not what we ordered. When my husband called back, the manager, Windel, was an absolute jerk (other words would describe him more appropriately, but not appropriate to be posted). He accused my husband of lying and just trying to get free food. My husband was taken back. He tried to explain that he had an order confirmation that had the details of his order and what he got was something different. The manager kept cutting him off. It wasn't until my husband threatened to go to their location that the manager finally shut up, looked and the order and realized he was wrong. When our correct order finally came to our house, the pizza quality was awful!! Half of the pizza was crust and the part with cheese all slid off when you picked it up. Save your money and don't order from here!!

This place never delivers pizza on time or niether keep it ready when picking up. Expect at least 20 minutes delay than suggested time

Worst service ever. This place is not prepared to handle the crowd. It gets busy week day evenings and especially towards weekend. Ordered 1 hour prior to visiting the place but still had to stand in queue. It doesn't matter if you go sooner or if you go after 1 hour of ordering food and this isn't the first time. The whole reception unit goes disoriented and disorganized when it gets little crowded. They searched for the food I ordered for about 10 mins before they could locate it. Unless they put a plan forward to handle the crowd, no point in ordering from this place especially evenings.

Went before a football game for 2 large pizzas. The place wasn't busy at the time but the cashier rushed everything and tried to do everything too fast. As a result, we didn't give him a tip and suddenly he became incredibly rude. We asked him for some red pepper packets and he said they ran out. How can you run out of red pepper? As we leave, he gives us an angry glance. Wouldn't recommend going here.

The customer service in this store is the worst. I ordered online and it didn't process on the stores end and when I went to the store to explained what happen the manager was very rude and didn't care at all once I showed the proof that the money was taken and it was the correct store who took it he still didn't care and gave me attitude the whole time. He doesnt need that title at all and pizza hut should definitely look for a better manager because he will run all the customers away with the disrespect.

This Pizza hut location is highly inconsistent. 1/10 orders will be as you'd expect from a Pizza Hut. Extra cheese to this location means the basic amount of cheese from other locations. Light sauce at this location means drown it in sauce. Don't order chicken if you wanted sauce on it, because they skimp on the sauce for the chicken, too.

This location typically isn’t bad. However, I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese. Instead, they made the slices half and half🤦🏾‍♀️

In the 3 years I've been ordering from here I've never gotten a single carryout or delivery order anywhere close to the quoted time. It's seriously annoying being told to come 35 minutes after you've placed an online order just to wait another 15 minutes at the store. I've worked at pizza places before and know for a fact it takes 10 minutes or less for a pizza to go thru the oven. Stop lying to your customers about the wait times!!

Mr. Wendell is awesome! We have had bad experiences from this locations but he made our day 2 days in a row with GREAT services and GREAT Honey BBQ wings. Thanks again Mr. Wendell!!

Don't know what they changed, but they finally stopped burning their pizzas! A bit skimpy on the toppings, but at least it's edible!
