called in I love the stuffed crust here. Was given A+ service by a young woman named Nicky, who took the time to get the best deal for my order, explained specials, and made me feel like a priority customer. Customer service is a dying phenomenon and it’s nice to see it’s not extinct! Will be back, thanks Nicky!

Alright so I ordered delivery online and the website said about 20-30 mins for delivery. I understand that sometimes the website is not always correct when it comes to times however I waited an hour and a half for pizza from a place that is 10 mins from my house. I received a text about my order being out for delivery within 20 mins of my order being made so that was on time. After waiting 30 mins for my delivery I called and was told my order would be there in 10 mins. Ok so another 20 mins passes and my food finally arrives cold and looks like it was hardly cooked. Sigh. What a disappointment.

Pizza was good. Could use some cleaning inside.

My boyfriend and I ordered a pizza online last night for the Superbowl. We ordered it early, about 5:00pm, thinking that we should expect a long wait due to the football game. Tracking the pizza's progress, we were completely amazed at how quickly the process went. We received the pizza in about 20 minutes, hot and accurate. Our delivery driver, Leandra, was so polite and sweet to talk to. Having been a restaurant manager for years, I know the planning and team work it takes to have a busy night run smoothly. Kudos to your staff, especially Leandra.

My experience with the West Ocean View Pizza Hut was horrible. I ordered 2 medium thin crust pizza's (one pepperoni and one sausage), and 8 bbq boneless wings. The pizza was horrible and not fitting to eat!!! I understand that they were thin crust but there was absolutely no sauce on one and next to none on the other. It was basically just dough, cheese and meat. I called to inform them of my displeasure and was told that I would have to come in with both pizzas for a credit towards my next order. Problem is, I live in East Ocean View and was approximately 20 minutes from home after picking up my order and dropping it off to my children at home. I would have had to drive all the way back home, just to turn aroundand back track towards the West Ocean View Pizza Hut. Such an inconvenience for myself (time & gas) as well as for my children. This is not my first time having a bad experience with that particular location. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Nasty food preparation, lacking gloves or hair net. Avoid this toxic waste dump.

Never have had an issue at this pizza hut. Mind you I dont order pizza very often. But ordered 2 medium pizzas and stuffed garlic knots and was fresh and good. Got the food in under 30 minutes. Delivery driver was very nice. About a month or 2 ago I did order a pizza and it took over an hour to get it. When I called the store the guy was very nice and told me sorry and called the delivery driver who was at my house in 5 mins. Wasnt a huge issue.

Suppose to hv curbside pickup and I was sitting out in front on the store for 15 min. I noticed other ppl going in and getting their food and we're supposed to be social distancing!! I get my food hm and the boneless chicken I ordered is half done and the breadsticks are hard as a rock. I got no apology when I went in to get my own food. No one in there was pleasant AT ALL.

Half my boneless wings were about the size of a quarter. So yeah definitely not worth the price. The cheezit item I ordered was burnt and the pizza had barely any sauce on it.

Worst place ever they literally took more then 2 hours and never got out order i do not recommend this place to no one they suck
