Pizza Hut

This place stinks, the employees are always high that's why food takes hours to receive, the get rid of any employee that posses a treat to their circle of drugs. I ordered and it took 2 hours for delivery I live 4 blocks away and my quoted time was 35min. Terrible

an order of breadsticks and boneless wings will take them almost two hours to deliver, doesn’t matter what the website gives you as an estimated wait time. ALSO if you call they will not apologize for any delays or even ask if there is anything they can do for you. I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have received from this Pizza Hut location

Ordered online picked up 15 min later Fast easy and convenient.

Horrible service. Ordered online and waited 20 minutes. When I went to get the order I paid and the cashier made no attempt to get my order that was posted ready on the board. Finally I asked what was up and was told they didn't have my chicken and I would have to wait some more.

This place sucks! Will be awhike till I order from them again... I waited 2hrs for my food and when I called the first time after I was done with the call I called back and it wouldn't let the call go through but called back on my boyfriend's phone and it worked just fine... People don't even care when u call either. Of course pizza is cold now since it's been 2hrs yay.

Like everyone else who dealt with this place said. IT F’N SUCKS. I had my order delivered and my order of wings was forgotten. Then when I called, whoever answered the call just said they’re on the way and hung up before I could even finish my statement. My pizza was hardly done, the wings came cooked and SAUCELESS, and my P’zone was not fully cooked. And to top it off the delivery driver just left with my change. I believe everyone who says all these morons do is smoke and get high. What’s sad and fascinating at the same time is nearly EVERY food place I’ve eaten at in this area gives you an issue with your food. The few I haven’t had issues with I pray don’t give me any. But this place is ridiculous.

Very unprofessional order took an hour and it was wrong when I went back to let them know they returned the message net to my card in 3 to 5 businesses days says the manager or cashier and never apologize for the inconvenience and did not even try to make it right. Very bad customer service.
