Pizza Hut

My husband and I left a very good review for the Pizza Hut on 280 in Birmingham. However, this Pizza Hut location was a very large disappointment. We usually carry out but decided to have it delivered this time. The driver was 40 minutes late per the “estimated arrival time” text service Pizza Hut offers. I called but was on hold 8 minutes. The pizza arrived and we then had to cook it in the oven @ 400 degrees for 15 minutes. I’d cook it longer if you prefer crispy 🙃🤓

Came in and there was trash around the tables. Went to bathroom and it was a mess. One urinal was continously flushing and didn't stop. Sat down at our table for 10 to 15 minutes and no one came to our table. There were only 2 other tables with people so I don't know why we didn't get help sooner. Left because no one ever came to our table. Never even saw a waitress/waiter.

Go to dinner with my sons for pizza, they weren't that busy this evening. Never saw our waiter but one time and waited 10 minutes for a refill on my drink and never go it. Never got my ticket had to go and find someone to check me out. Son's never got anymore drink either. Very upset

Pizza hut is not the same the pizza used to be so good now its just ok

Pizza was undercooked and staff was rude.

Friendly people great food

Air cond was down, beverage machine was broken, had to get either 2 liter of 20oz drinks, drinks were more. Wings were not real good, neither was pizza. Total bill was over $40.00, was very disappointed in service and food. SAD.

Allways under staffed..Even the Cook has to wait on us .The last time we went. Then this time. Hard to get the food that you want..Order a Thin crust..Then you get a Thick crust and still try to charge you extra for it... Waitresses do NOT pay attention to the pricing in the specials..You have to redo your ticket everytime you pay...Waitress spills 2 cups of Sweet Tea.. Goes all over the table.. Luckily.. My folks cleaned it up.. Because she just stood there.. After we got our food. Waitress never came back to refill Tea or anything, Just to give you your ticket..Food was good..But this place needs more help and it has been like this for a long time.

Feb 7th 2020 7pmOver 7 tables had dishes from previous patrons upon arrival. Waitress did not leave menus to look over when she brought our drinks. Waitress also didnt bring plates to eat from and never refilled our drinks. Most likely her first day on job. We got tired of waiting for her to come back so we ate off of paper towels instead of making a scene. Staff seemed more concerned with phone orders than the patrons in the restaurant or cleaning up the mess left on the tables.

Food is always delicious and great customers service. Plus they keep it extremely clean A+ 💯

The order was placed online. It was ready when we got there. However the pizza did not look as appetizing in the box as it did on tv. One of mynpizzas has the wrong toppings. Worst of all, the pizza made some if my family members sick. It will be a long while before I return, if I ever do.

Missing the buffet. But not so bad otherwise.

First my friend who uses a walker and i got there and employee Jamie and a gentleman opened the doors for us and greeted us with smiles. We've gone to other restaurants Outback for one, when she was in a wheelchair and did not get that kind of service. Jamie is an excellent server! Very pleasant and friendly. We had a wonderful time and the food and beer were great too.
