Absolutely ridiculous, I put in an order for pickup and when I came to get it the manager ignored me for 10 minutes, then when another customer came in he came up to the front, checked her out before me and tried to go into the back without checking me out. When he couldn't apply my coupon code because it was online only, I asked him for help editing my online order and he refused and went into the back. So I edited the order myself and when the coupon code didn't work I wanted to just get it anyway and leave. I said excuse me several times and the manager glanced at me but ignored me so I left. The manager, Matthew, smelled like he hadn't showered in a few days even from across the counter, not someone I want making my food. There were also ants in the lobby so it's probably a good thing I didn't eat their food.

Best. Pizza. Ever. We’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut for 5 years & its always incredible! Tonight was especially amazing & I had to leave a review. Thanks for the awesome food!

Back in the day you where the best pizza out there.....after years of you all have lost your edge... I odered a pizza from this place and it was beyond awful.. They put so much sauce on both the pizzas you couldnt taste nothing but sauce and i know it came out of a can ...get back to old school... Because you will lose your business if you dont... Trust me...

I haven't been back for 6 months because the last time we ordered we were extremely unhappy with our pizza...not enough toppings. They also did away with the flavored crust we liked & changed the Italian sausage.. now it is too spicy. I have gone there several times a month & always had good results, but not this time!!

Great delivery service. All the food is a little on the greasy side, but not so much that it was bad. Overall, I do recommend this branch of pizza hut

Just ordered pizzas from pizza hut, they were awful, when I can't eat the pizza it's really bad. Just had pizza from them 2 weeks ago and it was good, not great though. Garlic knots had tons of spices on them but didn't taste garlicky or buttery. Over all ick!

I normally order online but i called just to check the specials. The gentleman on the phone was very patient while my husband decided what he wanted. Then when I picked up the pizza the girls inside were very nice.

Good pizzahut , but cancelled my order at 10:58 pm. Kind of a shame

Crust was soggy or undercooked enough that we couldn't pick it up. Called for a replacement and had to deal with a rude staff. The exact opposite of my experience at New York Pizza, Baby for a similar problem. I don't care if you screw up my pizza and bring me out another one. Just be kind about it. After all, it was your mistake. I could tell she didn't want to replace it. "It will take 45 minutes to get it to you. Like I said it will take 45 minutes to an hour to get it to you. And I want the other pizza back." Whatever, just do it! That call took much longer than it should have but she had a lot of comments to make.

The Hunts Club Pizza Hut is superb!

Fast and friendly service. Had a issue here a few weeks ago which they rectified.

Called the Longwood hunts club location and dawn? Answered the phone. She wasn’t very pleasant I’m going to just leave it at that. Anyways, to add to the overall experience we call to make a pick up order and they only have thin crust for the pizza. So apparently at 10:30 pm in a Saturday the only type of pizza in the entire location was thin crust because they ran out and weren’t planning to make more ? Whatever. So we called the Altamonte location on 434. Got directed to the call center ? ... Oliver forwarded us to the store to make the order (he was very nice ) and about 15 mins on hold we gave up and ordered $30 worth at dominos ..

2 weeks in a row I attempt to place an order online and my order either wont go through or they call me to cancel. Both times its to shortages of items. Very displeased with this location.

I ordered pizza for my family at 9:46pm. The automated system gave me a delivery time of 10:21pm. The pizza did not come at 10:21 but I took into account the fact that it is late on a Saturday night. At 10:45pm, 20 minutes after the pizza was supposed to arrive, I called to see where our food was and they informed me it was on the way. The food finally got here at 10:51pm and my husband's wings were missing. Very upset, I called back up to Pizza Hut and they informed us that they had been forgotten and another driver would be bringing his wings. It is now 11:30pm and his wings still aren't here and he no longer has an appetite for them. Everyone else has eaten and is in bed sleep. Every time I order from this Pizza Hut they're late with the delivery. I normally let it go, but this is the last straw. I order from Pizza Hut at least 2-3 times per month and I refuse to order anything else from Pizza Hut!
