Why have delivery when you NEVER EVER deliver what I order or forget stuff? Not only that.. but “out for delivery” only takes 30 minutes. Y’all complain cause people don’t tip... these are reasons why. Do your job right!

We waited 1 and1/2 hr for2 personal pan pizzas. The manager very pleasant though.

They double-billed my debit card! (yes, both charges have posted) Once for the $13 pizza, and $16 for the pizza including the tip. $29 for a mediocre medium sized pizza? NO THANKS!

This is the only location in Indianapolis that will answer the phone place you on hold for 2 minutes tops. That is standard hold time for a customer as I myself work in a call center, and know it is beyond the worst experience a customer could have to sit on hold and no one checks in 😞 ... this location hold a GREAT STANDARD when it comes to phone etiquette. For that I give five stars... I call and get the same order two medium hand tossed sausage and pepperoni 🍕 it’s my family’s favorite 🤩🤩🤩 we are never disappointed, prep time is never more then 30 minutes when I had it delivered they set all of the correct expectations ( it’s like they google map me and Calculate the traffic for their drivers to ensure their travel safety) that’s just my thoughts but it makes me feel like they care about me and the employees. 😊😊 I just want to say thanks for great customer service they could teach the Post Rd 🤦🏽‍♀️location a thing or two🤷🏽‍♀️KEEP UP THE GREAT WORKS SHADELAND 💪🏽💪🏽

I was not satisfied with Pizza Hut. I have been eating Papa Murphy's take and bake pizza. It is awesome! I have retired all other pizza chains.

I wanted to order some wing's for a pick up it was on October 7th Saturday night at 9:15 pm they told me they weren't taking anyone orders they were getting ready to close this is not the first time that this has happened I think that three strikes your out. I can hear yelling and telling the person on the phone to tell me that they are not taking anymore orders I'm asking questions so she gets on the phone and rudely tells me and I tell her I'm going to pick it up she says no so I ask if she is the manager she then hangs up on me I have been a customer for over thirty years and I won't be anymore

I ordered a large supreme pizza over the phone. The young man repeated my order back to me the same way I told him. When delivered it was a large cheese pizza. I was very upset because I couldn’t drive up there (no car) reasons why I had it delivered. I called and no one answered, I called again and someone left me on hold for 15 minutes. I am a loyal member and customer with Pizza Hut ! I was very upset that they disappointed me. I hope that in the future things like this won’t happen.
