Pizza Hut

Worst wings ever! Ordered 3 orders of flavored wings. One order had just a few drops of sauce on the entire order and another only had a couple wings drenched and the rest unflavored! So disappointed!

I give the only star of this review, to my delivery driver, and the manager on duty. I ordered a pizza at 6:53PM. Thin crust, pepperoni. Order arrived in the time frame advised on the website, and the driver was awesome. I sit down to eat, to discover I received a plain cheese pizza. Called the store to see if we could have another made with the topping I initially ordered. Was told it would be 45 minutes or so. Ok, no big deal. Another hour goes by, nothing came. I call again. Manager apologizes and tells me he will get the re-order sent out asap. Another hour (at this time, it was 9:45), and still nothing. I drove to the store and the manager was kind enough to issue me a refund. I understand that things happen, but, I will not be returning to this location for service.

Not bad their pizza is good sometimes and other nights it's ok like I always order the hut favorite garlic on my pizza and sometimes I get it on my pizza and it's really good other times they don't put it on the pizza and you have to ask for extra sauce on your pizza to get some pizza sauce on your pizza but even then it usually doesn't have much and if it does it's all at the top by the crust if you don't order extra sauce your pizza will have zero sauce it will just be bread and cheese

Consistently inconsistent with delivery time (two hours+ for delivery, causing cold or lukewarm food), order accuracy and consistently poor with customer service. Hard pass on this location.

Terrible service, two different times they delivered my food in almost 2 hours! Today they cancelled my order without even calling and when I call they give me attitude like if they are my kids.. With so much going on and so many options out there, they should take better care of there customers. Trust me, I will never buy in this specific store..

Ordered delivery. Must have been very busy day since it took an hour for delivery when the store is 2 min away from my hotel. Driver was poorly dressed wearing sweat pants!! Forgot my pepsi I ordered but I didnt bother saying anything b/c I didnt want to wait another hour for my soda. The cookie wasn’t cut into slices; and the pizza was falling apart in the box. Not the greatest experience

I just tried to order 4 pizzas from the Emerson store. I tried ordering online. The system kept adding a fee of $7 to each pizza, when all we had added was extra cheese. I finally gave up and called. I was on hold for at least 10 minutes. When a harried employee finally answered, he told me that he didn't have time to help because he had pizzas burning! I waited another 5 minutes. When he returned, he put the same order in and it was the right price, but we can't pick it up for 30 minutes and I worry what is going to look like!
