Pizza Hut

Just ordered a half and half pizza. Picked it up and luckily I looked at it was wrong then they found mine and got it home it's cold and dry and no toppings. Like it was cooked hrs ago

My daughter loves the breadsticks, pizza is good and the service at this location has always been great!

Good service...Pizza slices are not greasy and are delicious.Just the right thickness of crust!

Went for the buffet this afternoon. What great service. Our server/manager was the best. Only one working the lunch rush and everything was spot on.

Pizza Hut has always been a classic over the years. Maybe we just came at the wrong time or maybe all of the attention is geared to online sales now? We were seated by the host, then another gentleman came to take our order. We had roughly an hour to eat before my daughters gymnastics. He told us the pizza would take 20-25 minutes which was fine. It turned out to be a bit longer probably close to 35. The waiter was also helping with takeout orders at the front which made it a bit harder to get service. A large section of the restaurant was closed off, looks like some sort of major roof damage? TV was off in the corner and quite a bit of lights turned off. Honestly it was 5pm and it looked like the restaurant was about to close! Overall a pass though.

Absolutely wonderful pizzas and service. Staff goes above and beyond to help. Staff was very clear in explaining specials and suggested kids meals for kids meals were free on Tuesdays. Great location with ample parking. Good deals on pizzas and pastas as well. Few different pizza options are available. They have buffet at lunch time.

It was good except I was overcharged a few dollars compared to the menu price. We had used the buy one get one survey offer. So we got the Supreme with everything on it and a Meat Lovers only the sausages were overcooked. I don't like how the Hut Rewards doesn't acknowledge you and yet I had been told you are automatically enrolled when you make your first online order. The supervisor Jessica was nice and the other manager, server and cook who helped me were as well.. I worked for the company 10 years ago and it's kind of nostalgic and while they have the same red booths where they store supplies under, the rest of the place is completely revamped with new walls, decor, counter and furniture. It always hold a special place for me.... Thank you ...

Terrible. Ordered two large pizzas. There was only 9 pieces of peppers on my pizza and barely any toppings on this deluxe. Ordered pep lovers for the other which was better. So stingy.

The Pizza Hut buffet is the greatest emotional rollercoaster you can ride for $8.99. Arrive excited and hungry, eat some of the tastiest pizza in existence and feel pure bliss, and leave hating yourself for how much you are and how badly you now need a nap. Can't beat this buffet!

Usually go here because it's the closest dine-in Pizza Hut. The food is good. Decent amount of toppings and sauce. It's always empty when we go there. But it doesn't seem like hygiene is that important. The waiter smelled like cigarettes.

Went for the lunch buffet and was greeted by this awesome younger man upon entry. Wasn't a particularly busy day but he was kind, and had a nice flow to how he treated customers. Was really impressed with this level of service for a pizza joint (Maybe other restaurants have been slacking but i digress) but overall had a great experience and felt accommodated. Should probably give that guy a raise to try to keep him! He could make a ton of tips elsewhere.

The thick crust pizza supreme is very good.

The weirdest experience I think we have ever had at a restaurant. They were either poorly trained or just short staffed. The waitress we had was struggling - I think she was the only waitress in the whole place. But she kept a smile on her face and apologized for the wait. With some support she would have had a better service today. They brought us the wrong size pizza (and the wrong crust type on one pizza), and once they brought the correct pizza we were all super confused. When a Supervisor came over to see how things were going we explained the mix up. He took the wrong pizza's off the bill, so that was nice. We told him that despite the mix up with our food our waitress was great, and he replied with 'yeah, she's new'. Which is why I believe our experience was due to lack of support and staffing to workflow.

My favorite pizza place here in Winnipeg! Always great food and service along with peaceful atmosphere!
