Pizza Hut

Worst pizza hut I've had. They practically put no sauce on the pizza. I asked for garlic crust and that was nowhere to br found. The pizza was delivered looked like a calzone because one half was on top of the other half.

Placed an order online and it literally took 2 hours and 15 minutes!!! The last 20 minutes I placed a call to the store and she apologized and offered a credit on the next order. Finally the order arrived and the driver seemed to be spaced out..not sure if he was tired from running around or what!?? THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.. the wings were sogy, full of grease and cold! Pizza cold! A house full of hungry 9 year olds turned away the pizza!! Second chance? NEVER! I still tipped the driver for his effort but I will not recommend this place. Sorry.

Order online from this location all the time, honestly don't know why, considering nowadays it's all just wait 2 hours. Every time I've ordered since about 2 months ago, I get told it will only take about 30 minutes for my order to be delivered, then I get a phone call from the pizza company saying It will take well over 3 hours for my pizza to be delivered, but I can come pick it up for $10 less. So I did that, the last time I ordered, and I asked, "How is my pizza not going to be cold if it will be delivered 3 hours from when they MADE it?" They told me it's kept in a "Hot Box" which must be completely broken or maybe they got it confused with the "Cold Box" because it was (cuss word here) cold when I picked up my order, and it wasn't even 20 minutes after I got called, which was immediately after I ordered it. :l Worst pizza hut location EVER imo.

Had a pickup order. One of the pizzas wasn't quite right from what I ordered so without fuss they accommodated me and took care of me quickly on a Saturday night.

Best pizza hut in the entire West Ashley area! I actually am not even in the delivery area for this store, but I will come and pick up from here just because my store is terrible at preparing a pizza and the customer service is garbage. This store is great about pizza and everyone is always pleasant. No other pizza but in west ashley as far as I'm concerned.

BE AWARE!!!! My order arrived late as well and the pizza was flipped upside the manger was absolutely horrible terrible I can’t explain how bad this all around experience was I’m telling you order anywhere but here it’s the worst ever and I don’t leave bad ratings but this was way to be not to

Wish i could give this place zero stars. i tried calling to switch my payment method to credit card for an hour. I was not able to get a hold of anyone and kept being hung up on by the store or put on hold for 30 minutes at a time. Eventually i called corporate to cancel the order completely - was not able to get anyone from corporate either. The pizza ended up showing up 3.5 hours later. I informed the driver what was going on an he said there is no way he could get in touch with the store either! Honestly the only reason i went with this subpar pizza chain to begin with was for the convenience of having some wings delivered during the game. Pizza hut has trash food. Along with being a horrible place to do business with. Not only will i never return, i will make sure to spread the word every chance i get.
