Pizza Hut

We went to the pizza hut in Ohio for the first time. They were the most courteous staff from a fast food/restaurant establishment that we've ever had. They accommodated us in every way as well as gave us free garlic bread and sauce upon our short wait for our food. They had great customer service, and their dining area was clean. Thanks for being so inviting to our family!

I love the taste of a good pizza. Pizza Hut has a good pizza sauce, unlike others that I taste marinara flavoring, at The Hut I don't taste that marinara taste when eating their pizza. Very polite staff and I also love that nostalgic air bell for the drive-thru.

I always order the same thing I order. LARGE STUFF CRUST PIZZA WITH PEPPERONI AND MUSHROOM. When I got it it had no cheese in the crust and was burned. I was shocked because usually it is really good never had a problem. I called and they said they was busy and would have a manager call me back. Never got a call so I called them back today. The reason I gave them 5 stars is they was very polite and made us a new pizza. That is excellent customer service. Thank you Pizza Hut for fixing your mistake and treating us like valued customers.

The pizza is eh but the wings are 😍😍😍

Ordered via pickup service. Pizza and other food was delicious, as usual. Food was made to order quickly.
