Nice music, clean restroom and very hot pizza.. Tv was not working. Says the manager will not allow tv. Nice servers. Will return.

If I could give negative stars I would, after placing an order we were told it would be 30 minutes for delivery. So when 12:40 came around there still was no pizza. Called the store no one answers and was stuck listening to hold music for 20 minutes when someone just straight hung up on us! Another 30 minutes later and finally the delivery driver saunters up to the door as if he was having the most wonderful smooth jazz picnic of his life just doing whatever he please as slow as he wanted. I will never order Pizza Hut again worst service ever.

I have never had an issue with the food, we always carry-out because it's cheaper on us. But, I do have an issue with them never answering the phone.

This place is a good option to pickup pizza.if you're in Eastland district of Columbus I recommend this pizza hut location.

I order from this pizza hut all the time. My order is always right and always hot. Also i went into order my pizza and the employees were phenomenal. They sure know how to make someone's day.

I placed an online order today... Well I called back to ask that they send plates and napkins only to be informed that they had no delivery driver and there will be no deliveries at all today. It's Friday and you only have one driver for the whole day? Not to mention inside the store is super dirty and ran down the people answering the phone are unprofessional. I wasn't even going to say anything but this location should be shut down. I'll do my part in calling the health department.

I'm always very grateful to staff at this location. Very friendly and work hard to be consistent with fast and friendly service. Thanks guys!

As of lately they have only been doing carry out they wont deliver.when you call to even order it takes forever for someone to answer or they will answer and place you on hold

Wow!!! Horrible unclean establishment. They would be better to make this an express and close the seating area. Disgrace for Pizza Hut! Remodel and clean up. People seemed friendly, pizza not as good as other pizza huts. But you feel dirty just being in here.
