Pizza Hut

Took forever to get online order delivery. Missing a lot of the order and Cold food plus pizza not even cut into pieces. Don't waste your time.

Placed my order at 5:30, delivery time was 7:40. Called at 8:20 and was told "it's not on the screen so it probably already went out", I asked if there was a way to verify if it had gone out. She said no and that they only had 1 driver and he just left with a bunch of orders. Still no order after 9:00. NEVER will I waste my time and money on this trash Pizza Hut. I will take my business else where. To be honest the quality of food isnt even worth the wait.

Every person on shift right now needs training... About how to do their jobs and about how to be a decent, functional human being. No one greeted me or the next three customers despite there being an employee at the register. I was ignored when I spoke up. I was there 20 minutes waiting for food that should have been ready and it turns out it was sitting in the hot box the whole time. Manager tried to be sneaky and even claimed it was fresh from the oven but my pizza was cold and messed up. Completely unprofessional and laxidasical service. Sub par food.

I got charged 3 times for an online order and it was wrong when I got.

Horrible to the 8th power! The pizza looked like they made it at 6am,and it "just came out"it was warm at most,and the boneless chicken had a drop of sauce in the container but none on the chicken! Very sad to see Lillte Caesar have better quality than you!

I made an order at 6:30 pm. I have been calling since 7:00 pm trying to see if my order is almost done, it’s a big order, NOBODY has answered the phones or called me. They are extremely slow. None of the afternoon workers know what they’re doing. They’re understaffed. Their employees have been walking out because of how bad the store is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PIZZA HUT ON PARSONS AVENUE!!!

We've ordered here multiple times. Our food sits in a delivery bag for 30 minutes before they get it to the driver (I know because I called to check on it after an hour and it had been sitting for 15 minutes and I said if the driver wasn't back in 10 I wanted them to remake it. 15 minutes later I got a text saying it was out for delivery. It's been another 15 minutes and our food is still not here). This hasn't been a one-time occurrence unfortunately. Management is rude, employees have no idea what's going on or how to speak in full sentences. WORST PIZZA HUT EVER. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Worst Pizza hut in Columbus. The staff is rude, the food takes forever, and the drivers take way too long. They've straight up given us 3/4 of our order of garlic knots before. We've gone in to pick up food and there was no one working the counter for over 30 min.

I placed an order here about 9 months ago. Walked myself to pick it up, and I waited 25 minutes in the lobby. No one ever came out to help me. I ended up just leaving the store without any food.

Food is always service fresh and made to order. Anything that does not come out right is fixed quickly.

They never answer the phone!

Traditional "Thin and Crispy" was very good.

Miserable service, 2 hour wait to get a pizza delivered. Not only that but I’ve called a few times and no answer. After waiting and several calls with no answer, I drove down there to get my pizza and as soon as i did the pizza guy happen to be delivering my pie. Whoever was working could have simply picked up the phone... you added even more time to other deliveries.

This pizza hut always messes up my order so this time i decided to take the extra time and go directly to this location to place my order. I had to wait 55 minutes for take it. So w we sat in the car since there is no where in there to wait. We ordered two large hand tossed pepperoni lovers. Sounds real simple right???? Apparently not because when we got the pizzas and checked them In the car they were completely wrong. They gave me two meat lovers with thin crust. I am so sick of this pizza hut. The manager is extremely rude. I was very nice about the situation and the manager came at me like i made the wrong pizzas. Manager told me to "wait another hour or deal with what they gave me". His attitude is just nasty

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have ordered from this location 3 times for delivery. Twice my order NEVER came. Was told twice my food was on the way. I was also told they have 1 driver. Do not waste your money here.
