Pizza Hut

At this point this place needs to be closed, change management or ownership. I placed an order online and waited for roughly 30 minutes and hadn't recieved my order. When I called I was told my expected delivery was 9:10pm when I placed my order around 7:45pm. I wasn't really given am explanation as to why other than the person I was talking to was called into work. I was told flatly to either pick up my order or cancel. The time before the guy on the phone was rude and standoffish. This place has gone way down hill.

Over an hour wait for online order, just to get the wrong order when it finally came out. But they’re extremely busy, so I get it. But this negative review is for their cleanliness or lack there of. This place had stacks of burnt pans that had been caked on, time and time again. The entire dining area was filled with the smoke from all of all the burnt pans. This place is terrible and the reviews reflect that!!

I have been here almost an hour and still no food.
