Pizza Hut

on 3/30/2019 A portion of their staff walked out tonight including a manager (Nick), because they were overwhelmed with orders. Big ups to Rachel and the rest of the team that stayed for keeping everything together and doing their best to provide excellent customer service.

The service is great: wonderful presentation of food, and the food was very tasty. Overall, the food was amazing. The presentation of the food is so colorful, and the flavors and textures were contrasting and balanced.

I dont understand the mixed reviews honestly, this has been the most consistent and great pizza hut ive ordered from. Always fresh and on time

Bad gummy pizza. We paid 16 dollars because we ordered at the store. It's 8 if you pre order online. What nut thought that thruOne star because staff was friendly.

I love Pizza Hut, but it turns out I can’t get it while I live here because this location is unforgivably terrible. I ordered from this location three times. Every time the delivery took over 90 minutes, and every time my order was missing multiple, extra emphasis on the multiple, items. The delivery driver appeared to be on hard drugs, and was freaking out apologizing, making promises that I knew were empty. After the second failed delivery I called the store to discuss the issues with the manager, and he apologized and said he would void the order. What a shock, the order was never voided, and I never received around $18 worth of items on a $30 dollar order. This happened all three times, where I paid for more food that didn’t show up than was actually delivered. Every now and then I get the urge to order from here, and then I remember that this may be the worst managed pizza joint in the entire Midwest.

Ordered two pizzas and two double orders of bread sticks. Got home and it was all bread sticks. Smh. My friend went in and got two pizza boxes at first, I said we got bread sticks too. Went back in got one bag of bread sticks then was told we didn't order any but they'd give us a free bag. Went back in because I paid for 2. Was so mad I didn't check the pizza boxes because had I, I would have been able to say yes I did now where's my pizza. Out of frustration, I let it go and won't be back.

Buyer's beware. Check your receipts good. Ordered 3 12pc wings and 2 medium, 2-topping pizzas on the 1st. Total was $53.90. Gave $2.10 tip for a total of $56.00. Final charge ended up being $62.00 when I checked my account. Apparently someone felt they were worth more of a tip. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this same location.

Ok could be a lot better , pickup is best for hot food.

I'm so tried of hearing the boom boom from the delivery drivers. They feel that everyone in the neighborhood should hear there music. Well I dont. Tried of my walls raddling from 12 PM to 10 pm. There is a noise ordinance in the township. I have went to the township over this. There will be action taken. All the workers there are rude and tell you , you dont know what your talking about. I hate to tell them I've been in this neighborhood for over 35 yrs an I know the ordinance

The pizza and bread sticks are amazing. However seems everytime i order I hve issues. Tonight I ordered at 8pm its now 10:22pm and no pizza.

They always make sure u get what u want how u want. Nice friendly staff was there the few times I've went in for carryout. Good pizza!!

I will never go back to this Pizza Hut again. Rude, condescending, disrespectful and argumentative is the only way to describe the staff. Customer service that includes setting the phone down on the counter and then never coming back to assist is not service and backing up lies that other staff told me is ridiculous. The only thing I would highly recommend about this store is that you do not go there.

Quick service. Smallish waiting area but clean.
