Best tasting Pizza crust and always loaded with meat and cheese.

I would have put 1 star but I thought about the times the place actually was decent and put a smile on my face. Currently and lately it's not worth the 2 hr wait. So I opt to pick it up even though it's inconvenient . I manage a cafe all day when I'm home and want delivery it shouldn't be longer than 45 mins but clearly they cant deliver within even an hr anymore so I go and pick it up. Service is horrible there is new faces every two weeks. I call ahead after ordering through the app to ensure my order is made properly because they mess my order up so many times and I never imes Andes to corporate only to manageement. But even calling them doesn't help they still mess it up. So now I'm gonna go through corporate about getting refund and I'll find another pizza spot to frequent because my 25 is worth more to me than a headache

This Pizza Hut is very conveniently located so we continue to try them, however we are finally done. They rarely to ever get the order right and delivery is always twice as long as indicated at best. Tonight however we are two hours in on a 30-45 min wait so we call. We are “told” our order has already been dispatched ( one hour ago) however we can pick up in the store and get a 20% discount. So we ask how that’s possible if it’s already dispatched... the brilliant person on the other end is clueless then. It’s clearly a case of a corporate company in an area with little competition so they just don’t care. If your trying to avoid issues with your evening just avoid, they take the convenience out

Although the food was good my order was originally a delivery and I had to go pick it up after finding out that my delivery time was 300 + minutes.

Honestly if u can avoid it, don't ever order from them. Delivery took hours food was cold. Not worth it at all.

Have to give 1 star. This is not the first time I received my pizza and bread sticks cold, dried out and hard. Gave them a second chance and they failed. Will not make it a 3rd chance

Mgr Will needs to learn customer service infact the cashier as well if this was a phone shop order, my dear Will ,you would,be looking for a new job, RUDE RUDE RUDE horrible service as he hang up singing bye bye bye. The star is not deserving .. same service requested , papa jones was able to do it in a courtesy manner.. learn customer service. Without the customers there will be no bussiness meaning there will be no jobs, dont need a degree to know that Will.

Terrible customer service, if I wasn't hungry and feeling for Pizza Hut I would've told them to keep it. Is there a half star or none at all they don't deserve a full star.

This is the second time I've ordered and the 35minute time frame turns into more than a n hour. Last time my driver arrives in a white undershirt and put on his uniform when he got out the car. He also didn't give me my complete order and told me he knew that I gave him a tip on my card already. Called the store to report and they said he is an older gentleman and drives slow. This time I ordered at almost 9:30 didn't get here til 10:50. My sausage pizza was cold and hard. I want my money back.
