Pizza Hut

The pizza was unreal. Its spicy, crunchy, meaty. PERFECT! I find myself trying to find reasons to go that far from where I live, just so we can go back.

Original pan here is the BEST! Worth the extra buck if you're ordering one of the deals online...no doubt!

Needs to do a better job I called around 10 o’clock n 14 someone my pizza will take 20 minutes now 11 19 someone call me - —

Not only did I have to keep getting up when we needed refills,I ordered a salad never got it then when I got up to ask for it being told after waiting on it they have the dressing for it.then asked for a to go box for pizza they can only give you a small box big enough for two pieces and that's only if you stack them

Horrible Experience this Evening Customer service sucks Was very disappointed in the Female who answered the phone was asked for my Phone number as well as My Name both were told to be placed on hold for 10 minutes. It does end there i placed a pick up order, once arriving Come to find out they Now Do Not accept anything bigger than a $20 Not Happy with my service

Not sure who the MOD is on 3/31/2020 at 2:30 pm but when i called them because I'm having issues applying a coupon code on the app and was hoping they would just help me place the order and honor the coupon over the phone, the manager told the employee i spoke to to tell me to just keep trying the app (forget the fact that I'm hungry now and who knows when itll work), they would not honor my code in store and that they have "no way" to add a discount to the bill. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, been a manager for 3, there is ALWAYS an option to add a discount with a manager card. There is always a way to keep your guests business, if you want it. Today we will order elsewhere. Pizza hut lost my business.

I have nothing nice to say about my visit... I had to wait 15 or 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. No one was up front. I tried to get the attention of a young man that was in the back, but he quickly hid from me. I kept asking if anyone was there before and while I walked -- in the back...😞 I was finally stopped by the manager on duty, Kay. She was upset and rude because she said she was alone. She took my order and I tipped her to try to place her in a better mood. She disappeared for another 30 minutes. I took the order but was so upset. I will NEVER go back. How was the food? I have no idea...

Chicken fettacini for pick up is a good choice. Pair it with a store bought 'salad kit' & have a decent, light meal for 2.

When I called the store to address an issue with the order I was treated very poorly by the shift manager Kayley. She said that there was nothing she can do help make the situation right and would not even apologize for the problem without veing prompted to. This customer service experience was totally unacceptable.

Candace, our server, is excellent! Candace is prompt and friendly. Our pizzas were tasty and as ordered. This Pizza Hut is a great place for a meal. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. Ordered stuff crust and was charged for it, but no stuffed crust. Pizza seemed like it had been sitting around for a while.

I enjoy this Pizza Hut. Atmosphere is great and customer service is awesome. It's also less than 7 minutes from my job, so it's easy to travel there for lunch.

Tonight was our first visit at this location and we dined in. Candace was our server, and she did a great job! The food was fresh and very, very good! We had some boneless wings and a stuffed crust meat lovers pizza. We’ll definitely be returning!!!!
