I was very upset. I ordered on line and never received my order. I was tracking the order on line and everything. After an hour I called the store. They said that the driver could not find the business so he took my order back to the store. I never got a call that he was lost. I never got a call for anything. I asked them could they bring it back since i did already pay online. They told me that it would be awhile cause he was on other delivery. They did not say sorry or come up with a solution. I guess I just give away money to pizza hut. Well Marry Christmas to them. I said how did you not have my number when you are sending my text messages to track my order to the phone number on file. I said well can a get a refund send the cancel order to my email or text that it has been canceled. I have still gotten nothing stating that its been hours. Very angry and hungry customer. This was the Dyersburg, Tn location.
