This location forgot our wings the first time we ordered and since our pizza was EARLY they gave us a coupon for a free one next time! They also left us a credit for the wings. So of course we took advantage of the offer. Well, we ordered pizza and breadsticks and the wings for our family dinner. They forgot our two extra pizza sauces and our ranch sauce. We called about it and they said they would bring it out with the next delivery. Well, I'll be darned that they didn't show up with not only our sauces but another pizza and breadsticks for the inconvenience. Food was great and they turned two bad experiences around. Thanks a ton!

Ordered 35 minutes ago, my order is 20 minutes over due but hasn’t been started yet. The Manager was literally playing a mobile game while she cashed me out and didn’t look at me cause she was too caught up in it... it honestly was unbelievable how distasteful the service was.

Everytime I order pizza I never get what I actually order... And if I'm lucky every now and then my pizza maybe cut. A rarity. If they didn't have stuffed crust we wouldn't even order here.

During the Ohio shutdown the attention to virus protection was evident with gloves and a sealed plastic bag. As always my Pizzones and Wings were great

Worst service ever. You can never ever ever get a manager when your order is messed up😡. All they do is just transfer u to a # that just rings and rings until u get a busy signal. And the taste at this location is definitely the worst.

Every time we order from this location, we are told it is an "hour wait on delivery time" after 30 minutes of waiting, they call you back VERY RUDELY might I add and tell you that after already waiting 30 minutes that it's going to be another hour to get your food delivered. No apologies, no compensation for the inconvenience, just terribly rude. This location needs some serious attention. Don't waste your time and take your money elsewhere! We have given this location several tries as it is closet to our house. Won't get another dime of my money!
