Pizza Boli's

Okay for pick up orders. But this location struggles a lot with meeting their own timelines for delivery orders. I’ve placed multiple delivery orders to this location and most of them have been delivered 30 mins-1 hour+ after the time they say the orders will be delivered. I suggest doing a pick up order or if you need delivery, order from somewhere else.

The service is awful. This Friday I placed an online order which said it would arrive around 6:20pm. I called at 6:30pm to find out where it was. The young lady quickly said it was on it's way. Around 7:15pm I called again. They said i didn't answer the phone and nobody answered the door. I explained that wasn't true. The same young lady asked if I still wanted my food. I said yes and could it please be hot. I waited an additional 40 minutes for my food. Even though the order was right the food was ice cold. I had to heat it up in the microwave.This may seem harsh but this isn't the first time with this restaurant where I have had a problem. The previous time was when the driver didn't have change and decided to wait 2 hours before returning with it my money.As many times as i have called their store or corporate office, nothing has been done or changed. Honestly, it seems as if they just don't care.

I have ordered from here twice. The delivery time is well over an hour. You're required to listen out for a call so you can be told to meet the driver at his car. That's not very safe for a customer. What female wishes to walk up to a car trusting the delivery guy is any safer than he believes her to be? Furthermore, my first order I paid for a 20 oz. and received a can soda. They were closed by the time they delivered as your wait is well past the time of standard delivery windows. The second time I informed them of the mistake to which the person replied "oh". The food is delicious but never arrives hot. They leave a lot to be desired.

I didn’t appreciate there time I ordered at 7:02 pm an im just receiving my food at 8:55pm and what I ordered was not even close to right i ask for hot wings an they were no where near hot and hope someone can make this right

Food always hot and fresh. Love the online idea. And lunch specials they have ut ona budget. I get the small pep pizza. Great for adult person, and or mabey 2 small children.

Don’t let the shopping Center scare you away. Just call in your order a head and it will cut down your time. I have order from this particular location a few times new and they haven’t let me down as far as their quality and taste of the pizza. The small 10 inch great for kids under 5 yrs. The large will be enough for two to three adults. Pizza Boli’s is my new pizza spot.

So ive been a long time customer but noticed the last few times i been there the wings are really in sad condition. This day they were fried so hard the bone would break and fragment in the meat almost breaking my damn teeth. So when i called the store i got to speak with a manager HE TELLS ME dont order it from his store anymore🤔🤔🤔the entire convo was mild and respectful as i am not trying to make anybodys day hard but i guess this is how this particular pizza bolis treats its customers 😡 horrible customer service

I just ordered wings they were over cooked. I paid or ext ranch. Never got it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They stole my money from my card and never deliver my food... this place is so unprofessional I had to call my bank and wait for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Employees don’t listen at all they wanna be so quick and fast and do what they want they messed my whole order up
